If you placed an order without a Postmates account and it was not delivered, you may not have access to the typical support options available to registered users. For a copy of your receipt, you can access it easily through the Postmates app or website. Go to your account and select the order for which you need the receipt. You should then see a detailed order summary, which includes the receipt. If you want a physical copy, simply screenshot or download the receipt and print it. Postmates also sends an email confirmation for every completed delivery, which includes a receipt. So, you can check the email linked to your Postmates account for that specific order.

After placing an order on Postmates, you should see a confirmation screen, obtain an email confirmation, or see your order under the 'Your Orders' section of your account. If you do not see this confirmation, your order may not have gone through. Occasionally, a brief delay may occur and your order may appear after a few minutes. Keep in mind that your earnings and card balance may not be the same, since you can choose when to cash out your earnings to your card. Your balance will only reflect the amount you've already transferred to your card.
