How do I find out when I’ll get the shirts I ordered? I ordered two golf shirts ,order # 80025596-TLD.

To know the status of your order, go to the 'My Orders' section if you logged into your account when you made the purchase. If you checked out as a guest, you can still check your order status on the 'Order Status' page by providing the order number and the email you used during check out. Remember, delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected during checkout as well as any possible customs delays. In this instance, look for your order number 80025596-TLD.

How do I return an item to light in the box

To return an item to Light In The Box, first sign in to your account and from there, you can apply for a return in the 'My Orders' section. Detailed instructions and the return address will then be provided. Please take note you need to submit the return request within 14 days of receiving the product. Remember, it's crucial to keep the item in the original conditions and retain the paperwork, parts and accessories. Please also ensure the return is sent via a trackable method. Light In The Box will deal with the refund within one week after receiving your return package.

How do I return (Exchange) Items due to a size issue?

To exchange an item due to a size issue, you need to follow Light in The Box return policy. First, ensure that your item is eligible for returns. It should be new, unused, unwashed, and with all the original tags and packaging. You have 14 days to request the return after receiving the item. Make a return request through your account on the 'My Orders' page. After your return request is accepted by the customer service, you'll receive return instructions and a return address.
