I got a new credit Card. When I notified them they told me my account was fine and they had been paid but I cannot get onto Netflix when I use my Infinity Remote.*I was not able to use my smart TV to complete the steps they request.* I need a customer service rep to walk me through it on the phone and perhaps lap top because I am.not a digital native and need support to be able to use the service I am paying for.
