Hello. I was not asked to create a login name or password. I was only asked to create a PIN when freezing my account. I try to login using my email it says that it is invalid. I am asked my DOB and SS* and I am not found in the system. The computer does tell me that I placed the Freeze successfully, but it still denies access to my account. I would like to talk to person in customer service to fix this issue. I need to be able to access my account. *In advance, thank you for your help. *Adriana Vizcaino-Bandy
