My present credit card from which my monthly payment is made expires shortly. My Cox bill tells me I must update it to avoid future problems but doesn't tell me how. I already have a new card from which I can upgrade the new card info. I do not have the Cox app and when I go to get it, it doesn't look like an app to do this. What does it look like?
