This number connected me with Netflix's customer service line. Right away, I was asked to choose between service in English or Spanish. Then, for faster service, I was asked to log into netflix.com and find a service code. According to a recorded message, this code would be at the bottom of any Netflix page. 

Although I logged into Netflix, I couldn't find this code at the bottom of my recommended page. So, I stayed on the line, waiting for an agent. I was told that even without a service code, my estimated wait time would be around 30 seconds. As I waited, I was asked to stay on the line at the end of my call to complete a short survey. I was also told that my call would be monitored for quality assurance purposes. 

Common reasons that someone might call this number are to report a problem with their service, such as an error message or a loading issue. In addition to technical support, this call center can also offer assistance with account and billing issues. Through this number, you can also change your subscription type. 

As promised, an agent picked up my call within a very short time. However, I did call in the late evening. Your wait time may be longer if you call during the daytime or peak hours. I wasn't offered an option to get a representative to call me back, nor was I told of a way to reconnect if my call was dropped unexpectedly. 

When the agent answered, they sounded friendly. I had several questions about the various types of Netflix accounts available, their sharing capabilities and their pricing. After asking each question, I waited a few seconds for each answer as if the agent was consulting a script. The answers provided sometimes did not answer my questions directly, and I had to redirect the representative or ask for clarification. However, the agent did speak clearly and was easy to understand.

When I asked some questions about the type of ads I would see if I chose an ad-supported plan, the agent could not provide me with a straight answer. They said that ads vary depending on my location and the type of content I've selected to watch. When I asked for common examples of ads, I wasn't provided with an answer. 

Overall, my experience with Netflix's customer service was satisfactory. The agent was able to answer most of my questions in a relatively quick manner, although there were some answers they could not provide. Fortunately, I only had to spend about five minutes on the phone to get the answers I needed.
