I was stranded in Georgia for about * days, trying to get home to Missouri. I reserved a car online from Hertz in Albany, Georgia. I was very late getting there because of transportation issues and was very upset. Katrina at that Hertz location was very understanding and very helpful in getting me this rental. I am very grateful for her kindness. I picked up car on May **th in the afternoon. I was driving to St. Louis, MO and said I would drop car off at airport location. I was late getting back to St Louis with car and tried to find a way to contact someone at Hertz to let someone know but had no luck getting a live person on the phone. I returned the car the very next day, which was Monday May **th around *:**pm. They could not print me a receipt at that location. While I was out of town, my debit card was compromised so the bank shut down the card. this was the same card I used to pay for rental. I cannot seem to be able to look up this rental let alone get a receipt for the charges. Hertz got a payment of approx $**.** and then put a hold on my bank account for $***. My bank said you placed the hold until the **th of June. I had NO idea the hold would be for a month. The car was returned last Monday. I would also like to receive a bill showing charges for this rental.
