I have ordered something and when i got to my basket there are 2 items in it so how do i delete 1

To delete an item from your basket, go to your basket page, where you will see the list of items. Next to the item you wish to remove, there should be an option or icon (like a trash bin or a remove link). Click on that to delete the item. Your basket will then update to reflect the changes.

I dispatch order and now the buyer wants to return. How can i refund him please

If a buyer on eBay (UK) requests a return, you should first ask them to start a return procedure from their eBay account. After they've initiated the return and you've agreed to it, they should send the item back to you. Once you receive the item, you can issue the refund. To do this, go to your 'Returns dashboard', find the item, and select 'See return details'. In there, select 'Give a full refund'.
