why is the entire row of keys on my rugged bluetooth keyboard not working

There could be a few reasons why a row of keys on your Zagg rugged Bluetooth keyboard isn't working. It could be due to a connectivity issue where the Bluetooth signal is being disrupted. Try unpairing and pairing the device again. If that doesn't solve the problem, it may be a hardware issue, possibly dust or debris under the keys.
