How can I get my order redelivered

To get your order redelivered, please reach out to Favor Support through the Contact Us option. They will assist you with resolving the issue and arranging a redelivery if necessary.

I need help placing an order, and change the credit card information.

Sure, to place an order, you'll need to open the Favor Delivery app, find the retailer or restaurant of your choice, and select the items you wish to purchase. During the checkout process, you can change your credit card information. Just look for the "Payment" section, there you should see the option to add a new credit card or select a different one if you've already added multiple cards to your account. Make sure to review all details carefully before confirming your order.

I can't tell if my order has been placed

After you successfully place an order through Favor Delivery, you should receive an order confirmation via the mobile app or through an email. This will conatin order details, including the list of items you ordered and their prices. You can also check your order status within the app. If you didn't receive any confirmation or can't find your order within the app, there might be a chance your order didn't go through. Please ensure you completed all required steps to place your order.

I received a women’s blue Aztec pattern western coat that is to small. I would like to exchange it for a 2x and send the small back. Not sure how to do this

Hmmm... we're not sure about that. The process for returning or exchanging an item greatly depends on the policies of the retailer where you purchased the product from. Favor Delivery does not handle return or exchange requests as it primarily focuses on food and grocery deliveries. We advise reaching out to the original seller or retailer for any return/exchange queries.

I keep getting a message that says “we were unable to process your request at this time”
