I am not able to use pay later option

The "Pay Later" option may not be available due to several reasons. This feature may not be activated in your store or it might not be enabled in the country where your store is based. Some customers may also not pass the credit check which Pay Later partners conduct. If you've checked all of these and you're still having trouble, it might be a technical issue. Ensure you're using the latest version of your browser or the Shopify app, or try clearing your browsers cache and cookies.

I have contacted customer service multiple times and they say they are looking into it but do have not gotten back to me and the issue persists. You are charging tax to on freight on sales from Virginia

It's important to note that Shopify's tax system does not handle tax exemption categories, and for tax-exempt customers, you would have to set them manually. If you believe taxes are being charged when they shouldn't be, it could be related to your tax settings. The tax system automatically calculates based on your store address and the shipping address of the customer, however, this can also be adjusted manually. We would advise reviewing your tax settings in your Shopify Admin panel to ensure they are set up correctly for sales from Virginia. If your settings are correct and the issue still persists, please continue to communicate with customer support for a resolution.

I keep getting charge attempts for a store that I have closed before trial ended

We're sorry for the confusion. If you canceled your Shopify subscription before the end of the free trial, you shouldn't be charged. All fees should cease immediately after the cancellation and you won't have any future obligations. However, if you've received a message about charge attempts, it may be due to an unsettled bill or fees from before the closure. It's a good idea to check your invoice to verify that there isn't a remaining balance. If you still have questions or concerns, we recommend getting help from Shopify's exceptional customer service. Recieved 3 verification codes for no reason

Receiving multiple verification codes could be due to several reasons. If you are attempting to log into your Shopify account but are failing to get the correct password, the system may send a verification code to your registered email or phone each time. Also, if someone else is trying to access your account by mistake, Shopify may send you a code. Rest assured, without your verification code, they can't access your account. It's crucial to never share these codes with anyone, as they're for your security. If you didn't request the codes and suspect suspicious activity, immediately change your Shopify password.

basket logo disappeared on my page

There could be a few reasons why your basket/shopping cart logo disappeared. It might be that you've accidentally modified or deleted a relevant segment of your site's code.
