My original phone worked great for several months. It suddenly stopped working and so I paid the deductible for a replacement through the insurance. The phone I received never worked properly. I called tech support and took my phone to numerous stores for help. On *** a district manager attempted to troubleshoot it ending in failure. She told me to go to the Roseville California store and get a replacement free of charge. NOT an insurance replacement. There were to be notes on the account reflecting a corporate manager named Miguel was to write in. On **** I tried to do that and was first offered an upgrade which I declined. Then I was handed the store phone to speak with insurance for a replacement. It was denied * times. I was then instructed to say my phone had water damage that happened that day. I did that and was given a claim number and told to go online to submit identification and pay for a replacement. I tried to do that and I continually received errors. Calling again I was told an email would be sent with a link to upload the identification. I never received an email. Hours and hours of time have been spent attempting to get a phone that works. That's all I am asking for. A phone that works since I received a bad replacement from the insurance.
