I am trying to remove a paypal account from my hyperwallet

To remove a PayPal account from your Hyperwallet on StockX, log in to your StockX account, navigate to the Account Settings, and find the Payment Methods section. From there, you should be able to manage and remove your linked PayPal account.

I bought a pair of shoes they are to small can i get a credit or return for bigger size

Unfortunately, StockX doesn't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once a sale is complete, it is final. StockX is a live marketplace where the prices are determined by supply and demand, and due to this, they can't offer traditional return and refund policies. If your shoes do not fit, it’s recommended to sell them back on the platform to recoup your money and then purchase the appropriate size.

Hi i ordered something and accidentally placed the order to the wrong country

We're sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, once an order is placed on StockX, it cannot be modified, which includes changes to the delivery address. Our process and policies require us to maintain a high level of security and validation to prevent fraud. We suggest to cancel your order, if it's still possible, and place a new order with the correct shipping address. If the order has already been processed for delivery, you'll need to reach out to the courier for potential address change options. The ability to change the shipping address may vary depending on the courier's policy. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I need to know if I’m getting the shoes I bid on

Yes, once your bid is accepted on StockX, the transaction is binding; both the buyer and the seller are committed to the transaction. The seller will ship the sneakers to StockX. Our team at StockX will then authenticate the sneakers to ensure they're as described and in the condition you expect. If everything checks out, we will authorize the payment to the seller and the sneakers will be shipped to you. You can track the progress of your purchase from your StockX account.
