To cancel your purchase on StockX, log into your account, go to your orders, and select the order you wish to cancel. If the order is eligible for cancellation, you should see an option to cancel it. Please note that cancellations may not be possible after a certain point in the transaction process. Make sure to cancel as soon as possible for the best chance of success.

To change the size of shoes you ordered, you'll need to cancel your current order and place a new one with the desired size. Keep in mind that sizes can sell out quickly, so be prompt in taking action to secure the size you want. Review the cancellation policy for any potential fees or conditions.

To remove a PayPal account from your Hyperwallet on StockX, log in to your StockX account, navigate to the Account Settings, and find the Payment Methods section. From there, you should be able to manage and remove your linked PayPal account.

Unfortunately, StockX doesn't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once a sale is complete, it is final. StockX is a live marketplace where the prices are determined by supply and demand, and due to this, they can't offer traditional return and refund policies. If your shoes do not fit, it’s recommended to sell them back on the platform to recoup your money and then purchase the appropriate size.
