It sounds like your computer might not be correctly configured to print through your new Quantum internet line. Please check your network settings to ensure your computer and printer are connected to the same network. Also, make sure that your printer settings are set to "Network Printer," since it'll be operating through the Internet line, not directly connected to your computer. If the issue persists, it could be the firewall settings of the Quantum modem blocking the connection. Please review and adjust the security settings, if necessary.
