I purchased a ticket 5 days ago. Charge has gone thru but I do Not have the 6 digit number and can’t get thru on website without this. How can I get to talk to customer service. My phone plan will not allow call.

If none of these methods work, you'll need to contact Norwegian Airlines' customer service via another means, perhaps using a different phone or online platforms.

I need my itinerary emailed but haven’t received anything from the airlines
