Get someone to review my claim! I already submitted my claim but it won’t process until I “contact DETR to review my claim”. This is next to impossible after calling all day for hours to no avail!
We understand your frustration. Keep in mind that NV DETR experiences high call volumes and the review process may take some time. IT is recommended to keep trying, as persistence usually pays off. Also, consider calling at different times of the day, perhaps earlier or later when the lines may not be as busy. Please be patient and they will get to you as soon as they can.
