My boots are defective and need to return them

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your boots. In order to return a defective pair of boots, please ensure they are within the return period specified by Lugz. Most return policies require the merchandise to be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Make sure to include all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. It's recommended to return your items using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect the merchandise and process your refund or exchange as requested. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.
