You can cancel all subscriptions and stop payments directly through your account settings on the official Jagex Ltd website. Simply log into your account, go to the 'Billings and Subscription' page where you can see your current active subscriptions. Here you can select the 'cancel subscription' button or unlink your payment method. Remember that canceling your subscription will only stop future payments, and it will not refund you for current or past payments. Make sure to cancel before your subscription renewal date to avoid any unwanted charges.
