I would like to cancel my membership

You can cancel your ClassPass membership anytime through the account settings on the ClassPass website. To do this, log into your account and go to the 'Account Settings' section. Here, you'll find an option to cancel your membership. You need to remember that any unused credits don't rollover when you cancel. Therefore, we recommend that you use all your remaining credits before cancelling. If you cancel your membership in the middle of your billing cycle, you’ll still have access to book your remaining classes until the end of your billing period. Please note that memberships must be cancelled prior to your renewal date to avoid future charges.

What happens when the studio doesn't show up for my class

We apologize for any inconveniences you've experienced. If the studio doesn't open for your class, it means either there has been a scheduling error or an unforeseen circumstance. We request you to report the issue via your ClassPass account as soon as possible. Then we can take steps to correct the situation and provide a suitable solution. You will not lose any credits for a class that didn't occur, and we aim to make the situation right for you.

Charged monthly and never signed up for classpass

Class pass is not connected to my booking app

When you book a class on ClassPass, it's typically confirmed instantly. However, sometimes there might be a delay due to the studio or gym's booking system. If your booking is in a "pending" status, it means ClassPass is still waiting for confirmation from the studio or gym. If a long time has passed and your booking hasn't been confirmed, it could be a technical issue. If your booking is not confirmed within a reasonable time, it will automatically be cancelled and your credits will be refunded. Always remember to check your ClassPass account or email for real-time booking updates.
