The screen on my new Wacom Intuos Pro does not light up. I paired it with my MacBook Pro and the pen used on the tablet does draw on the Adobe software on the Mac and shows up on its screen, but the drawing does NOT also show up on the tablet’s screen (which remains black), although the tablet’s power light is on and the tablet is charged to ***%. **I plugged the tablet’s power cord into an USB adapter for the Mac. and loaded the Wacom software. I could not find the tablet under my Mac’s Bluetooth settings under Preferences. **I also tried plugging the tablet into my Windows-based laptop, but the screen remained black (although I did not load the Wacom software on this laptop).**I would really help me to talk through this issue with a Wacom technical rep.
