I have been paying for dongle access for my laptop from the beginning of lockdown one. This has been working adequately. The issue is the closure of the central sheffield shop.i am now forced to travel considerable distance to Meadowhall or Crystal Peaks. This situation is made more annoying because it is not possible to prebuy the next dongle charge up. *This is fast becoming impracticable. **So either reopen the central sheffield shop, allow agents to sell the dongle recharges or allow me to buy them in advance and activate them when they run out.
