Continue using my phone ... I fell asleep with my browser on. When I awoke I was dinged with $*** in data overages as my plan went *.** gigs over. I had received multiple text messages from Virgin mobile during my sleep. Stating that my data was going over. First *** then *** my final text message from them said your data has gone $** over and by law we are required to cut it off. The only problem is is that they Cut it off at ***. All I would like virgin mobile to do is charge me $** data overages because I went over. or the very least they could charge me for five gigs of data and a human price not extortion of all prices that are $*** per gig. I called customer service multiple times now and the first time went really well the lady was going to cancel out the charges and I was going to get my service restored as long as I paid $***. For some reason when I got to the payment automated service the call had dropped so I called back got a different agent and she sent me to the payment screen after I explain to her what just happened and then the call dropped again. I was on my lunch break at this time and it was taking way too long so I decided to just try again later. By the time I got off work they were closed so I called back the next day. Explain my story again to a customer service agent she didn’t really seem to be interested in it but sent me to the Automated payment service and I paid my $***. Now I am waiting and waiting and my service has not been restored so I called them back went through all the channels again talk to the customer service then they sent me up to the higher Up customer service person and she told me that I had been misinformed and that they couldn’t do anything for me and I have to pay all the data overages now I’m just wondering what the heck I should do.
You can buy gigabytes of data for like $** normally
I just want them to charge me for the data overages at a normal price as if I were adding data onto my already existing plan like I could normally do except for now I can’t for some reason because my phone service is cut off.
