I can note update my Emirates ID through the Virgin mobile app. I am currently in the USA and do not have access to a Virgin mobile kiosk here. I have tried to update my ID for more than two weeks with no success at all. My account is now frozen and my ID expires today. Is there anyway to update my ID online. Nothing your site has suggested works.**Regards,**Rickey Dean
