Hello, I have had a pay as you go virgin mobile for over ** years. When I turn it on now as it has been off for * or * months it reads " SIM card registration failed".*I live in Switzerland, I first purchased the virgin SIM card when I lived in England. I moved to Switzerland ****, moved to Scotland **** and moved back to Switzerland ****. I used the phone to text about * months ago. So have had faithful service for over ** years.*The address has obviously changed over this time and is currently on my brothers address. *My concern is I believe I still had about £** worth of credit. I do understand virgin is re-organising.*Please can you enlighten me on the situation is regarding my mobile and its number.*Kind regards Chris Tay.. ***** ******
