I am having trouble completing the claim and checking my eligibility through the workforce registration link. I am unable to obtain a confirmation number. I cannot locate the option to file a claim anywhere on the page. My wife has been assisting me with filing for unemployment compensation, and we seem to be missing something as we are repeatedly unsuccessful in obtaining the confirmation number. The process should be straightforward, but we are finding it challenging. We need assistance with this issue.

I made a call to report my weeks on 5/16/[redacted] but haven't received my check by 05/18/[redacted]. Called on 05/21/[redacted] to inquire about it, was asked to verify my ID. After doing so, another representative mentioned they are processing it and could take up to three weeks. Repeated the process on 05/30/[redacted], there was no check by 06/01/[redacted], and was told they are still working on it. Asked to speak to a supervisor, got transferred to voicemail stating a return call would take 24-48 hours. I'm in urgent need of assistance as my rent is due. Please help. Best regards, M. HampJ.

I have been waiting for a review since February 21st, and when I tried to reach the adjudicator, I was disconnected 6 times. This situation is unacceptable. I have paid into these benefits and expect to receive them consistently. If I don't hear about my case # [redacted], Paul Badamo, I will involve my lawyer. My house is at risk, and I have fulfilled all requirements but my payments are suddenly on hold without reason. I have recordings of the conversations with names and IDs. Contact me at [redacted] by tomorrow, or my lawyer will pursue damages. My case number is [redacted]. Please don't ignore me as I will raise awareness through local news, blogs, and online platforms to resolve this issue promptly.

Hi, my name is Charletta Jackson, and my Claimant ID is [redacted]. I have been trying to get information for the last 3 weeks, as I noticed some changes on the website under "Suitable Work - Referral Refusal." I have been actively seeking employment by visiting the career center daily, applying for jobs, attending interviews, and receiving referrals. Despite filing a complaint with the EEOC regarding my termination, my previous employer has not provided any documentation. There seem to be errors in the information submitted on my behalf, and I would appreciate it if it could be corrected. I have been compliant with job search requirements and have not refused any suitable work opportunities. I have had consistent contact with the same representative until recently and have not received any notifications regarding any issues. I would like clarification on the situation. Thank you.

I am experiencing a pending issue with my claim dated 3-12-19 that I was not informed about beforehand. The problem is related to "return to work," even though I did not go back to work, work, or get paid by bravotampa, as I never actually started working there due to transportation and housing issues. I recently claimed my weeks on 4/8/19 and did not see any notification of an issue. However, on 4/9/19, I discovered an problem on my claim resulting in a hold on benefit payments. This is putting my housing and job at risk since the payments are now on hold. I fear becoming homeless again and losing the job I just obtained due to the lack of communication from the unemployment office and the payment hold. I have tried contacting the unemployment office, but the hold time is currently 2 hours. This urgent matter needs immediate attention. Why am I unable to receive assistance?

Hello, my name is Adam Fletcher, and I was laid off on May 8th. I used to work out of state but started a Florida claim last year that I haven't used until now. I'm concerned about how this Florida claim may affect my out-of-state claim, especially since the Florida claim is ending soon. I've been trying to navigate the website, but I'm having trouble submitting my information. Due to my family's health issues, I've had added responsibilities as a single father of two. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you and have a good day.

I am inquiring about my eligibility for unemployment benefits. After nearly twelve years of service at Children's Home Society, I recently resigned due to excessive work hours and a shortage of staff. There have been ongoing issues with my supervisor, including a previous grievance that is currently under review by the director and assistant director. My last day of work is October 11, [redacted], and I have been denied time off for sick days that I am entitled to. Despite requesting time off this Thursday and Friday, I have been scheduled to work. I plan to address these concerns with the CHS Director.

Hello, I need assistance resetting my Connect Login PIN for Unemployment Benefits. When trying to file a new claim, I receive a message stating there is an existing account for my SS#. After attempting to reset the PIN using my SS# and the 'forgot PIN' option, I get an error message stating 'unable to provide verification of that information' with a phone number provided. Despite numerous attempts to call, I have been unable to reach anyone. When trying to login with different PINs, instead of prompting me to reset, the system says my info can't be verified and instructs me to call the same phone number. I am certain my information is accurate and I am using the recommended computer and browser. I am puzzled by the lack of access and appreciate any help as I have been reaching out through various means for a week without any response. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with my PIN while applying for unemployment about 10 years ago. The system seems to recognize my social security number but won't let me proceed without entering a PIN. I tried to recover my PIN by answering security questions related to my father's middle name, my mother's maiden name, and my city of birth. However, even though I know the answers, the system kept telling me they were incorrect. After three failed attempts, I am now locked out. I have tried calling the provided [redacted] number over [redacted] times at various hours with no success. Every call either goes unanswered or I get disconnected. I am feeling extremely frustrated and unsure if I will ever reach anyone for help. Could you please advise me on what steps I should take next? Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, C. Yeager

Due to COVID-19, I lost my job as a kayak tour guide at the state park. I completed the paperwork for my claim on 3/21/20. However, I am having trouble claiming my benefits online as the system keeps kicking me out. Here are the steps I've taken so far: I completed the reemployment assistance benefit registration on 3/26/20, tried using different web browsers, accessed the site at various times of the day, and attempted calling the [redacted] number and emailing with no success. The [redacted] number consistently has high call volume, and the email system even claimed my correct email address was invalid. I need help navigating this issue to access my benefits.

After successfully obtaining a PIN and accessing the site, I found myself redirected to the beginning. When attempting to use my PIN, claimant ID, and SS#, I was prompted to contact support for verification. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I finally reached a representative who advised me to submit an email with specific details for a PIN reset. Although I followed the instructions promptly, I am yet to receive any response. Time is crucial as I must file before midnight to avoid further delays. Being furloughed and facing financial constraints, this situation has left me feeling stuck and anxious about meeting my financial obligations.

Hello, I've been attempting to apply for unemployment for a couple of weeks now. The website keeps refreshing after I input a lot of information. It only allows me to add one more piece of information each day before crashing. The website currently states it is under maintenance. I've spent at least 6 hours daily on this application. Please advise on how I can proceed with the application without mailing my personal information. Thank you.

I submitted my benefits application on March 28th. Despite encountering numerous issues with the website, my application status now shows as denied due to the inability to locate my work records as a [redacted] employee. I attached my [redacted] MISC forms for the last two years to the application. To file an appeal, I need a decision tab, which is missing. The page indicates the Monetary Confirmation is active, yet I am marked as ineligible on the homepage with a May 4th appeal deadline. There is no option provided to file an appeal. Unfortunately, attempting to reach a representative has been fruitless, and the "help & FAQs" links do not address this problem. I am in a desperate situation as I have been unemployed since March 16th. Were it not for my savings, I would be in a much worse situation. How can we resolve this issue when I am unable to communicate with anyone to clarify the matter?

While completing my Florida unemployment claim, I encountered technical issues that caused the system to crash three times, extending the process to 2 1/2 hours. Consequently, it seems that my claim was transitioned from a COVID-19 claim to regular UI inadvertently. Upon reviewing my application, I noticed that the question regarding my intention to return to work was marked as "no," which is inaccurate. I actually responded with a "yes" and had plans to return by May 30, [redacted]. I input this information three times, so I am unsure how it got altered unless it was affected by the system crashes. As a result, my benefits are pending adjudication, and although I am instructed to claim weekly benefits, I am unable to do so successfully due to this issue.

I am self-employed and filed my claim on 3/26/[redacted] due to COVID-19. Since the week of 3/20/[redacted], I have had no employment. I claimed my first weeks on 4/7/[redacted]. Afterwards, it instructed me to come back on 4/22/[redacted] to claim the next set of weeks. However, the status remained active and pending without any information on the payment amount. When I checked on 4/13/[redacted], it stated I was ineligible and needed to reapply by 4/18/[redacted] or my claim would be lost and restarted. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to stay connected to the FL Connect page to complete the reapplication. The new FL unemployment page shows my application as complete and resolved, but it did not request bank details for deposit or provide information on claiming weeks or expected payments. I am unable to upload required documents like my tax return, ID, or SS card. The toll-free number is constantly busy, leaving me unsure of what steps to take. This lack of income is affecting my ability to provide for my children and manage mounting bills. Your urgent assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have successfully submitted my application and now need to request my weekly benefits. However, I have been attempting to do so via phone and the website for four days without success. I have tried calling the phone line at all hours, starting at 7:29 am, but it seems to be closed. The website keeps redirecting me back to the login screen or allowing me to go through a few screens before returning to the login page. I understand the website is down for maintenance from 8 pm to 9 am. As a Federal employee, I know there is a specific person at the Florida unemployment office who assists Federal employees. Could you please provide me with their contact number?

**URGENT HELP NEEDED** 1) My application for unemployment benefits has been pending since 3/26/20. I need assistance since it seems to be stuck in the review process. 2) I've been unable to complete the request for benefits despite my efforts daily. I've been out of work since 3/24/20. 3) I encountered challenges requesting benefits for 3/22-29 and 3/29-4/5, finding it impossible to do so. 4) Can you provide information on the $[redacted] per week or CARES Act payments as an additional form may be required? 5) I'm feeling lost and have no one to turn to after nearly a month of trying to reach out for help. Email: [redacted] I have been unable to connect with anyone for almost a month now.

I am seeking assistance as I am facing a serious issue. I have been attempting for 5 weeks to access their website, but I keep being directed to a number that is not accepting calls at this time. I managed to reach their phone lines once in the last month where the representative collected all my details and instructed me to go online or call back in 2 days to finish the application. However, when I checked the system, it claimed to have no work history for me despite the representative documenting everything. I provided a hard copy of the application along with copies of my driver's license, social security ID card, and a non-paid leave letter. I also sent a copy via UPS, which was delivered today, 04/21/[redacted]. I'm at a loss for what more I can do. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - LM Burnet

My name is Crystal Palmer, and I live at [redacted] Willow Lane in Cocoa, FL, Brevard County. I submitted my unemployment claim back in the 3rd week of March due to being laid off from Ashley's Restaurant in Rockledge, FL, because of COVID-19. This is my first time ever filing for unemployment, and my claimant ID is [redacted]. I am concerned about the status of my claim as it shows as active but also says resolved and completed. It has been nearly 6 weeks without any income, and I am yet to receive my stimulus check as it is being mailed to me. I am a single mother with two children, struggling to make ends meet with bills piling up. I am also unsure if I will receive the additional $[redacted] per week. Given my weakened immune system due to a prior splenectomy, I am considered high risk and it's challenging for me to find a job while risking my health. I am in urgent need of financial assistance, especially since other states seem to be processing claims more efficiently. Your understanding and assistance are greatly appreciated.

I applied for unemployment benefits on 2/19/[redacted] due to illness and later challenges with COVID-19 and childcare. Despite being eligible, I have not received any benefits since March/April. I have an upcoming phone appeal scheduled for 4/29/20, but I am unable to claim weeks online or via phone from 3/29/20 until now. I have been actively seeking work and contacting unemployment services with no success. My current benefits will expire in about 36 hours, and I am struggling to pay bills, resorting to using bath towels as diapers. I urgently need guidance on what steps I should take until my appeal date on 4/29.
