On the last Saturday, December 3rd, [redacted], I booked an auto with the number [redacted]. However, there seemed to be a mistake where a second booking was made automatically. Although the auto dropped me off, there were extra charges applied due to the supposed cancellation of the second booking, which I did not make. Additionally, there were extra charges of Rs 15 during the day shift, which I believe were incorrect. The total charge ended up being Rs [redacted] instead of the expected Rs 49.50. I am seeking a review of these charges and a refund of the excess money taken.

I was charged $[redacted] on my card, but the issue was not resolved as I couldn't get a ride. The app was not accepting my request, and the agent kept me on the phone for over an hour to try to fix it with no success. Even after all the trouble, I still didn't get a ride, and now the app is still not working properly. I called customer service again and spoke with Nick Wilsow at extension [redacted]. After the call, I discovered that over $[redacted] was charged to my account. The initial problem with the app persists, and I never received the service I requested, despite being billed over $[redacted] on my card.

On August 7, [redacted], at 10:50 AM, I created an account. I believe I uploaded between $[redacted].00 - $[redacted].00 in Uber gift cards at that time or within the first week, but I may have uploaded $[redacted].00. However, I am uncertain about the exact amount. Despite this, I have been unable to use my account all this time. I assumed Uber would follow regulations regarding unclaimed property and release the funds, but nearly three years later, my money is still being held. I purchased these gift cards with my own money, not as gifts. I lack a bank account, so I cannot provide a bank-issued credit or debit card for payment backup. Unfortunately, my unemployment card was not accepted either. I find this unfair. After uploading a significant amount of money, Uber refused to provide service because I lack a different credit or debit card aside from my EDD card. I demand access to the funds from the gift cards I uploaded or a refund. It feels illegal for Uber to withhold money like this. If a resolution is possible, great, but I am skeptical. It has been frustrating dealing with this situation.

On December 6, [redacted], at around 1:30 p.m., I requested Uber services from Harris International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada, to my home at [redacted] Sierra Cliff Street North Las Vegas. When I requested the service, the system informed me that the charge was $63.00. The driver arrived to pick me up. Unfortunately, she got lost three times, made multiple U-turns, and had issues with her GPS application, leading me to provide directions from my phone. Consequently, we took longer to reach my destination and I was charged an additional $30.00 more than expected. This was due to the driver's errors, not mine. This is the second time this week that I've encountered issues with the Uber Eats app. Today, I ordered one fajita dinner from El Fenix, but my receipt shows that I ordered two once again. I immediately noticed the mistake after hitting the order button. When I contacted El Fenix in Dallas, TX, they advised me to reach out to Uber for resolution. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a live person to speak with about this issue. A similar problem occurred a few days ago with Jason's Deli, where the app also doubled my order and the food quality was poor. Despite my attempts to correct the order or cancel it, the app indicated a $53.04 cancellation fee. I hope UberEats can refund me for the duplicate fajita dinner order as I've lost confidence in the app's reliability due to these recurring errors.

I recently encountered an issue with Uber claiming I owe Rs.42.01, which is incorrect. I have no outstanding payments for any previous rides taken with Uber. It seems there might be a mistake on the driver's end that is causing this issue. This false claim is blocking me from using Uber for future rides, and it's frustrating to deal with this inconvenience. I recently noticed a recurring charge on my debit card from Uber PASS that I did not authorize. The charge of $9.99 appeared on my statement on several occasions without my knowledge. I haven't used Uber since August, so I'm puzzled by these charges. I did not sign up for any specific service that would warrant these transactions. I have been charged $9.99 in September, October, November, and now December. I want a refund of $39.96 for these unauthorized charges and for my Uber PASS subscription to be canceled. I do not benefit from the discounts offered by the PASS, as I rarely use Uber. I believe I have not received any services in exchange for the money debited from my account.

I recently noticed a $9.99 transaction on my debit card from Uber Pass in Sydney, Australia, dated December 9th (now changed to December 12th, [redacted]). I haven't used Uber since August 10th and was surprised to find similar debits of $9.99 on September 12th, October 10th, and November 10th under the same description. I am unsure why Uber is charging my card without my authorization for a service I did not agree to or receive. I haven't accepted any offers from Uber that would result in this recurring charge, and I am concerned about these unauthorized transactions on my account.

For the past 20 days, I have been experiencing a significant issue with my Uber rides. Every time I book a ride using the app, the driver cancels on me. This has happened 2 to 4 times with the same driver. Despite the driver canceling, I am still charged for the canceled ride. If Uber cannot provide good service, they should consider closing the company as this situation is quite frustrating. I kindly request a full refund for all the rides where I was overcharged. I am a regular customer, Mome, and I recently requested a ride from your service. Unfortunately, the driver parked in the wrong spot when they arrived at my destination. After redirecting them, they chose to cancel the ride, which resulted in a charge to my account. Subsequently, I had to request another ride that took an additional 12 minutes to arrive, costing me more money and causing me to lose valuable time at work. I kindly request a refund for this experience.

I used Uber for the first time, and my fare was initially $18.09 for a 10:30 pick-up. The driver arrived on time, but I then noticed additional charges on my credit card: $29.84, followed by two charges of $47.09 each before the ride began, totaling $[redacted].02. I have attempted to contact Uber at 1-[redacted] for the driver and 1-[redacted] with no success. The website www.com directed me to pay $1 and provide my credit card details before I could speak with a technician, which I find concerning due to the excess charges. Last night, I requested three rides. The first one was scheduled for 6 p.m. with a charge of $5 and a hold for $23.93 by Julio, the driver did not show up. The second ride was scheduled for 7:38 p.m. with a charge of $8.50 and the driver was also a no-show. As a loyal Uber member, I believe I should receive a 50% refund for these three missed rides. Unfortunately, I have experienced poor service despite being a premium member. I am very unhappy as I had to wait outside in the rain, and had a driver even drive off when they arrived. I urgently need to speak to customer service regarding these charges and issues.

I shipped a package to J.P. Nagar in Bangalore and made the payment through PhonePe. However, the Uber app is still showing an outstanding amount and prompting me to make the payment again. I have submitted a detailed explanation of the issue regarding the trip, but I have not received a response yet. This is causing inconvenience as I cannot book my next ride or cab. I kindly request prompt attention to this matter for a quick resolution.

Yesterday, on December 11th, I took an Uber ride and paid the driver ₹[redacted] in cash. However, when I tried to book a second ride, it showed that I hadn't paid for the previous one, so I had to pay the full amount of ₹[redacted] again using GPay. Uber has only refunded me ₹[redacted], and I am still inquiring about the remaining balance. Their customer support has been unresponsive or sending me automated emails, which is frustrating.

Dear all at Uber, I have worked with this company for five years, completed over 10,[redacted] trips, and have benefited greatly from this reputable company. I have worked with love, respect, and discipline, as my ratings demonstrate. In all these years, I have not received any warnings, but suddenly my account was closed due to canceled trips. Please make sure that I only had one canceled trip after reviewing my history. I remembered that I had one trip with a passenger who then asked me to cancel, but please review all my trips. If I made a mistake, I apologize and kindly request you to reopen my account as this company is my only source of income.

I have been experiencing an issue with my address listing on Uber for about a month now. The app is displaying my address near a ditch, which is half a mile away from my actual home. This has caused difficulties for Instacart drivers. Interestingly, Google Maps still shows my correct address. Today, upon returning from a trip, Uber directed a driver to the wrong pickup location. I am attempting to utilize the Capital One promotion offering 6 months of free Uber One by using their credit card for payments. After adding their card to my Uber wallet, I encountered an issue when trying to order food delivery as I received a message stating the card is not valid. I verified with Capital One that the card is indeed valid, and they confirmed the transaction was accepted on their end. It seems that the problem lies with your system. In November, I requested an Uber for a medical appointment, and my phone was subsequently hacked, leading to an "SOS" message from my carrier who then shut it down. The only app on my phone with my financial and personal data was Uber. Unfortunately, this has resulted in identity theft, with six credit cards opened using the information from my iPhone. My credit score has drastically fallen. I have been unable to contact Uber for assistance since there is no customer support number available. As a disabled individual with a concussion, living alone without family, I am left in a vulnerable situation. Hello Uber, Greetings! Today, my friend took an Uber from the Islamic Museum in Doha, Qatar, to Siam Sushi Express Restaurant. He did not use the Uber app for the ride. Upon arrival at the restaurant, my friend realized he didn’t have local currency, so he gave $[redacted] to the driver. Unfortunately, the driver did not return the change. My friend then asked to be taken to my house, where I reimbursed him and paid the driver a transportation fee of 20 Riyal. I want to inform Uber about the driver with car number [redacted] in Doha, Qatar, as he may have dishonest intentions. He seemed to take advantage of customers who are not fluent in English. I believe he may not be a lawful Uber driver based on his behavior. Considering his impoliteness, I worry he may mistreat future customers.
