I am Smelkova Albina, a Russian citizen and permanent resident of Mexico, seeking assistance. My personal documents were mailed by my mom on May 27, [redacted], and have been stuck in a USPS facility in San Antonio, Texas, since July 16, [redacted]. Despite my efforts to contact them, the system requires a USA address and phone number to submit a report, making it impossible for me. The package is only 12 hours away from me in Mexico but has not been returned to Russia. The issue seems to stem from an error in the destination country name and postal code similarity. The tracking number is CL[redacted]58RU. The San Antonio office number is +1 [redacted]. I have relocated to San Luis Potosí, Mexico, at Colonia Desarrollo del Pedregal, Avenida Parque Chapultepec [redacted], [redacted], and urgently need to update the destination address to receive it.

Today, while tracking my courier, I received the following notification: An attempt was made to deliver my item at 1:03 pm on February 6, [redacted] in WALLKILL, NY [redacted]. A notice was supposedly left due to no authorized recipient being available. I was home all day and did not hear a doorbell or receive any notice. I am unable to request redelivery at my address now. Uncertain of my package's whereabouts, I am requesting a re-delivery since I never received a notice. The express tracking number is [redacted][redacted]96.

I shipped a saddle from Arkansas to Arizona, and unfortunately, it arrived at post office [redacted] damaged. Despite purchasing insurance, when my daughter tried to claim, she was told she needed the damaged box for proof, even though she had pictures at the post office. The claim ID is [redacted]. The saddle cost a thousand dollars, and I am frustrated by the lack of assistance from the post office. My local office couldn't help since I was the sender, not the receiver, so I was given a number to call but can't reach a person.

I've shipped multiple packages from California to Springfield, Oregon, using priority or 3-day mail services. The packages consistently reach the Springfield location on time but stay there for an additional 2-3 days before being delivered. Today, I expected a package to arrive, but the tracking information indicates it was sent to Seattle instead of Oregon. I'm puzzled as to why it bypassed the intended destination. I believe my package was mistakenly marked as delivered. Last week, the delivery was attempted while I was out, and the courier took the package, leaving a notification stating they were taking it to a postal center, without providing an address or contact number. I was expecting a follow-up notification with instructions on how to proceed, either rescheduling delivery or collecting it myself. However, when I checked on Saturday, the tracking status indicated delivery, which is impossible as there are no footprints in the snow at my doorstep. Despite my attempts to find customer support in Canada, I have been unable to resolve this issue.

I sent a package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]69 from the Gibson, GA post office on January 24, [redacted]. I paid $28.00 and received assistance from the postmaster Ralph to fill out the customs forms for the return shipment to China. The item was purchased by my wife but turned out to be a scam. Both PayPal and the shipper advised us to return it for a refund. Despite being returned multiple times and reshipped by Ralph, the package seems to be returning to the Gibson Post Office once again. I am concerned about the time frame for returning it in order to receive a refund. I have kept copies of the tracking information for my records. I shipped a package via UPS with Tracking Number RZ[redacted]97US, which shows it was received by your company. Even though it was sent for overnight delivery, the tracking information says it's registered mail. The seller promised I would get it today. However, your website states registered mail can take 10-14 days for delivery, which seems incorrect for an overnight shipment like mine. I am concerned as there haven't been any updates since it was shipped on Saturday. Can you clarify when I will receive my package, especially since it was sent via UPS for overnight delivery? I urgently need the package and cannot afford to wait for 10-14 days. Additionally, does your company offer overnight delivery on holidays like today, Presidents Day? Thank you.

I sent a package via priority mail on 2/17 that is not being tracked. When I try to track it, I receive the message: "Information Available Soon." The USPS website doesn't have an update on the item yet, and I can't reach a person on the phone for help. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]95. This is different from four other packages I sent the same day, which have been delivered. The package was supposed to be delivered to Marine Corps University, Attn: R.S.P., [redacted] South St, Quantico, VA [redacted].

I recently made a purchase on Amazon for a camera lens and camera from different sellers. The tracking numbers are as follows: Lens: [redacted][redacted]23 Camera: [redacted][redacted]05 Although the address provided in my order was complete and accurate, an incomplete address issue arose during the shipment via USPS. As a result, the packages are now awaiting pickup at the USPS office in Big Bear. Unfortunately, due to a failed delivery attempt, my brother, who resides in Big Bear Lake, was unable to collect the items promptly. He will not be back in town until next Thursday. I reside in a twinhome complex that has mail lockboxes. I have been attempting to contact someone regarding obtaining 2 new keys for our worn-out lockbox. Despite trying to reach the local post office by phone and visiting in person, I have not been successful in speaking with anyone. I ordered a leather jacket from a clothing brand two months ago and it has not arrived yet. The tracking number is LW[redacted]55US. Subject: Urgent Mail Delivery Issue I am extremely concerned as I have not received any mail for the past three days. The local post office is refusing to deliver my vital packages, some of which contain life-saving medical supplies from the local VA (as a Veteran, this is crucial). Despite having a clear mailbox and a nearby parcel locker, the mail is not being delivered. The post office has falsely claimed that I requested to hold my mail, which is completely untrue. This is not the first time I am facing this issue, and I am frustrated with the constant excuses given by the post office. 1. There has been a recent change in the mail delivery person for our route in Hubbard Woods, Charlotte, North Carolina ([redacted]). We are now receiving 2 to 4 pieces of mail each week that are addressed to individuals at different addresses. We simply return these items to the mailbox, raise the flag, and assume they will be collected the next day. This was not an issue with the previous mail carrier. 2. Over the past 4-5 days, we have not received any mail, which is unusual for us. While occasionally missing mail for a day is not uncommon, going without mail for 4-5 days is unprecedented. We notice the mail truck on the opposite side of the road but it does not come down our side. The new mail carrier appears uninterested in communication, as he is often preoccupied with his phone and avoids engagement.

I reside in the Netherlands (Holland) and go by the name Charles G. A friend in Boynton Beach, Florida [redacted], Neil F., sent me an important letter via USPS Priority Mail Express International on March 6, [redacted]. The letter was processed at the Miami, FL International Distribution Center at 11:26 P.M. Upon tracking the letter through www.17track.net, it indicated that it was "currently in transit to the destination." Although it was expected to arrive within 3-5 business days, it's now the 9th business day, and I haven't received it. There have been no updates beyond March 6th. After checking with the Dutch national postal service and customs, they confirmed not having any record of the letter under reference # EH[redacted]97US. I am in the process of applying for a position at United Airlines. They require a Selective Service number (SS#) for the application. I reached out to the Selective Services and got the necessary paperwork, which I forwarded to United Airlines. However, United Airlines mentioned that USPS should be the one to contact them for verification. I just need to clear this with USPS to proceed with my job application. I am missing my SS# from when I was younger due to being incarcerated. I would appreciate speaking to a representative to resolve this issue. I need to file a complaint against our Carrier. They consistently leave packages near our mailbox on the street, making them vulnerable to theft or damage from the rain. Despite receiving two notices for a package supposedly attempted to be delivered, the Carrier never actually came up our long driveway to knock on the door or inform us of the delivery. The notice also states that postage is due, but I believe the company should cover the cost considering the inconvenience and lack of proper service. The packages in question were for my 83-year-old mother, and our driveway is over [redacted] feet in length.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my mailbox at the residential compound as I do not have a key, which has resulted in valuable packages being inaccessible. After contacting customer service and receiving a callback from the local post office, I was unable to resolve the issue as promised. Despite efforts to prevent this by using UPS for one of the packages, it still ended up in the locked USPS box. When attempting to obtain a replacement key, I encountered challenges as my out-of-state Driver's License and Utility bill were not accepted, and they requested documentation tying me to the out-of-state property. I am currently experiencing difficulties with a package I sent, which has been circulating between two post offices for the last three weeks without reaching its destination. It appears that there might be a confusion with QVC having its own unique zip code, causing the package to be repeatedly sent back to the Norristown, PA Post Office instead of being directed to the intended Tri-County post office for delivery. The package, tracking number #9[redacted] 7[redacted] [redacted] 62, was meant for [redacted] Enterprise Drive, Eagleville, PA [redacted]. However, there seems to be a mix-up as Norristown Post Office believes this address is in West Chester, PA, leading to the package being redirected between different post offices such as Philadelphia, PA Post Office and Southeastern, PA Post Office since March 29th. As this is an urgent matter, I am hoping for a swift resolution to ensure the package reaches QVC promptly. Thank you.

There has been tampering with mail at the Punawai Rest stop on Kuwili St. [redacted]. It seems like this location is associated with our state governor, Dr. J. Greene. The management is not taking appropriate action, and I am constantly advised to consider getting a P.O. box or sending my mail elsewhere, which is inconvenient since I reside there. I believe there should be a more secure system in place for handling the mail of over [redacted] individuals at this property.
