The issue in GetHuman-lucyrsny's own words
Bought tickets to a show that was outside. Paid extra for seats. The show has been moved inside and is now general admission. I am high risk for Covid and have a head injury and can not attend an indoor show or a show with no seats, PLUS they are offering no compensation for people who paid a lot of money for seats and now have no seats

GetHuman-lucyrsny did not yet indicate what Ticketmaster should do to make this right.
