Hello, I purchased three tickets to The Rolling Stones concert at US Bank Stadium on February 15, [redacted], for a total of $[redacted].82 through Ticketmaster. Sadly, the event was canceled shortly after without us receiving the tickets. Despite many attempts to contact Ticketmaster for a refund or the actual tickets, I have been unsuccessful in reaching them. As I am now retired and using a different email address, I checked my previous email but found no useful information to resolve the issue. I require the seat numbers and tickets for the three tickets purchased or a prompt full refund. The event is this Sunday, and it is crucial to have this matter resolved quickly. My reservation code is 52-[redacted]/CH3. My previous email was [redacted], and my new one is [redacted] It would be greatly appreciated if Ticketmaster could send the tickets to my new email address or arrange a refund promptly. Thank you, Toni Hanson

I have been trying to contact someone all day, but the "Contact Us" button on the website keeps giving me an error message. I purchased tickets for a large group and tried to buy an additional 12 tickets in the row behind, but the site gave me an error. It instructed me to refresh, and now I can't access the tickets. I wanted the 12 tickets in the row behind the first set I purchased for [redacted] Row 10, seats 2-13. How can I retrieve those tickets? I don't need the initial ones if I can't have all 18 together, preferably in two rows. I had them in my cart, but now they're gone; it could be due to my card. Can you assist me with this issue, please?

I submitted two refund requests on October 7th for the Michael Buble concert due to Covid restrictions and illness. Unfortunately, I have not received any response yet. The tickets were transferred to Vicki Williamson, who also tried to cancel them on October 8th but also did not get a reply. On October 19th, the tickets were transferred back to me, and I immediately requested a cancellation. I received a reply saying the request was being processed, but I have not heard anything since, and the concert is on October 20th. The website is hard to navigate, and although it advises against multiple refund requests, there is no follow-up from Ticketmaster. We have done our part; how can we proceed to get reimbursed? Thank you.

I am requesting a full refund for the cancelled ticket I purchased for the Portugal Rolling Loud Festival [redacted]. Despite my efforts, Ticketmaster has not refunded me. I seek a prompt resolution and prefer to speak with a representative. I tried to request a refund via your online form, but I was unsuccessful as the bank account I used is closed. I notified Ticketmaster in July to refund the ticket to my Father's account, and despite providing my contact details, I did not receive a response. Instead, I was informed that a refund would not be issued. I insist on a full refund, not replacement tickets. I have attempted to communicate my situation but have not received any updates or responses. My previous email address was [redacted], and my order number was [redacted]. Thank you, Lauren B. I mistakenly purchased a single ticket to the Imagine Dragons concert in Minneapolis on Feb 27th, [redacted], which is in the same section but a different row from my other 3 tickets. I am unable to sell the extra ticket as I don't have a U.S. bank account being from Canada. I have been trying to get a refund for the single ticket but keep receiving automated responses confirming the event is still happening. I just want a refund for one ticket out of four, not the whole order. It seems like my request is not being fully read or addressed. Additionally, I transferred tickets to another concert in Minneapolis next summer, but they are not showing up in my account despite having proof of the transfer. I need assistance with both of these issues, please.

Hello, I encountered an issue while attempting to purchase tickets for the Baltimore Ravens vs Cincinnati Bengals game on October 24th. Despite making three unsuccessful transactions with my card, the tickets did not appear in my account. After assuming they were not charged, I bought tickets from another source and attended the game. To my surprise, I later discovered that my card had indeed been charged for all three failed transactions, totaling $[redacted].80. Numerous attempts to contact customer support have been unfruitful, and Ravens tickets support indicated that the problem lies with Ticketmaster. I urgently seek resolution to this matter as I require the funds that were deducted from my bank account. Despite not receiving the tickets or confirmation of successful transactions, the charges were processed. I respectfully request prompt assistance in resolving this issue. Sincerely, Yassin

I recently purchased two tickets for the Dua Lipa Toronto Concert with Order#39-[redacted]-TOR. Unfortunately, there was a mistake in my email address, leading to someone else receiving my ticket confirmation and details. I've tried to correct my email in my account but it requires a code sent to the incorrect address. I've submitted two requests through my account for assistance but have not yet received any response. I kindly request a link to be sent to my phone number at [redacted] or my correct email at [redacted] so I can update my account information. Additionally, I am concerned about the security of my ticket information and would appreciate any necessary measures to secure my account. Thank you.

I bought tickets to see Lionel Ritchie tonight at 8:00 PM at the Wynn casino in Las Vegas. I have not received the tickets yet. The Wynn confirmed my purchase but could not provide the tickets as I bought them through your company. I have been trying to get my tickets for three days with no response from your company. If someone had answered the phone, I believe this could have been resolved in 5 minutes, and I would be a satisfied customer. I am now very upset as the tickets were costly due to your added fees for a service that I am unable to access. If I do not receive my tickets by this afternoon, I need to check if I purchased event insurance. Name: Joan S. Number of Tickets: 3 Event: Lionel Ritchie Venue: Wynn, Las Vegas Time: 8:00 PM Last 4 digits of the credit card: [redacted] Email: [redacted] My email on the app is correct. Joan S. I will also file a dispute with my bank because this situation is not acceptable.

I bought tickets for the Rolling Stones Concert in Atlanta on November 11th but forgot to request physical tickets. Now, I need to verify these tickets. The text I received on July 22 instructs me to log in with [redacted] to view my Rolling Stones tickets. Can you please transfer these tickets from [redacted] to [redacted]? I bought two tickets for the James Taylor/Jackson Browne show on the original date, with order number [redacted]2. I recently got an email about my tickets but have been struggling to access them on your website. The system keeps asking for a confirmation number that I haven't received. I feel like I'm stuck in a loop without any progress. I tried accepting the tickets when prompted, but nothing happened. Adding to the challenge, I planned to attend the concert with my late wife, who passed away on September 8. Now I need to find someone else to invite on very short notice. Additionally, I am currently using a walker due to pending hip surgery. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Best, K. Langdon

We purchased tickets for Todd R. at the House of Blues on November 1st through a third party via Ticketmaster. We requested a refund two months ago, but have been unsuccessful. Ticketmaster has closed access to our tickets and is not offering refunds because we bought through a third party. We tried reaching out to Vivid Seats, the original seller, who directed us back to Ticketmaster. The House of Blues has not been responsive either. We are out $[redacted] and cannot access our tickets or get a refund. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I noticed that my tickets were missing from my Ticketmaster account after trying to update my email address. I had planned to resell the tickets at a later time, but when I attempted to log back in, I encountered issues with both my old and new email addresses. After resetting my password and regaining access to the account, my tickets were nowhere to be found. Can anyone assist me with this problem? Thank you.

I recently received an email notifying me that my New England Patriots-New Orleans Saints 9/26 two tickets were sold, followed by another email stating there was a listing error and to resist, leading me to believe they were not sold. Upon attempting to relist them online through Patriots.com, I found that they were marked as sold and removed from the page, making it impossible to relist them. I have sent 3 or 4 emails to Ticketmaster's help/customer service email address over the last three weeks but have not received any replies. Additionally, I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone via phone. Thank you for your assistance.

I am still waiting for my refund for an event that was supposed to take place in May [redacted]. They began issuing refunds in August [redacted], promising to complete them within 30 days. I attempted to purchase 2 tickets for the Eric Church concert on Saturday, October 30th at the Hampton Coliseum. Unfortunately, as I reached the end of the order, I received a message stating that the request could not be processed. Despite this, I had also bought insurance for the tickets. When I tried again, the same message appeared, leading me to halt any further attempts. The total cost for one transaction was $[redacted].25, with an additional $18.00 for insurance. Upon checking with my bank on Monday, it seems I have been charged twice, totaling $[redacted].50, and now all four tickets are visible in my Ticketmaster account. I simply seek a full refund as the initial message stated that the request was not processed, and my account should not have been charged. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. -Ashley F.

I encountered an issue today while trying to buy concert tickets through Ticketmaster on my desktop, logged into my account, and got an error message advising I couldn't proceed on that device. The message suggested using a different device, so I tried on my phone and laptop, both giving the same error. I also switched from Chrome to Firefox, cleared my browser history and cookies, yet continued to face the same error. Even with these steps, I still couldn't purchase the tickets. I resorted to using my wife's desktop and managed to buy the tickets. It appears there might be a problem with my devices. When trying to call Ticketmaster for help, I only reached a recording guiding me to their online help, which wasn't useful. I had no trouble purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster a few months ago. I hope this issue can be resolved to avoid similar problems the next time I purchase tickets. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this matter.

I have a concern regarding my recent ticket purchase for the Black Veil Brides concert on 10/30/[redacted]. I received my tickets just a few days before the event, which included a notice about vaccination requirements. However, upon arrival, my daughter was denied entry for not having proof of a second vaccination dose, even though this was not clearly stated in the email. The venue staff were unhelpful and changed requirements on the day of the event, causing distress to my daughter. I am requesting a full refund, including insurance costs, as the inadequate time between ticket arrival and the event prevented us from meeting the unexpected vaccination requirements. Thank you.

Ticketmaster: Urgent issue with accessing my Rolling Stones concert tickets. Attempted to sell one order, #7-[redacted]/ATL, but the "Sell tickets" option is unavailable, only showing "Transfer tickets." This is unexpected as I should have resale access for both orders #2[redacted]-3[redacted]-2 and #7-[redacted]/ATL. Need assistance to activate the sell option as I risk losing $[redacted]. Your prompt attention is appreciated. Thank you, G. Howard Clark.

In March, I purchased two tickets for the Jan. 28, [redacted] Chris Botti concert at the Atlanta Symphony Hall in Atlanta, GA via Ticketmaster (order # 3[redacted]-0[redacted]-6). Due to Covid-19, the concert was rescheduled for Friday, Nov. 5, [redacted]. Given my wife's Leukemia and my Smoldering Myeloma, we consulted our oncologist regarding attending. Unfortunately, he advised against it due to our health concerns. As we are 81 and 85 years old, we have decided to forgo the concert and request a refund for our tickets. We appreciate your assistance on how to proceed. Thank you - Gregory & Judith Simons.
