I emailed a complaint right after the incident on Monday and received a response indicating a 12 to 24-hour wait time for a reply. It's now been 48 hours without a resolution. The website malfunctioned, portraying the purchase as 2 sets of two tickets, totaling four instead of the two tickets needed. I utilized a 35% off code for Disney on Ice in Long Beach during Cyber Monday but did not receive the intended discount, despite the code being visibly applied. I am seeking assistance to cancel the extra tickets and ensure the 35% off is applied correctly to the two tickets I intend to keep.

Ticketmaster has flagged my account as a bot. The message says they suspect I am a bot due to my browsing behavior. I am not a power user or intentionally disabling JavaScript in my Chrome browser. I do not use any third-party browser plugins like Ghostery or NoScript. Interestingly, I do not encounter this issue when using Edge instead of Chrome. After updating my Chrome browser recently, Ticketmaster worked fine for a couple of days, but now I am back to being categorized as a bot. Frustratingly, Ticketmaster and Chrome do not seem to be addressing this problem effectively.

I purchased tickets for Shania Twain on Sunday, December 5, but unfortunately, I cannot attend due to breaking my femur on November 9 and being hospitalized. I have documentation proving I bought insurance, but never received an email from Global Alliance as expected. I am seeking a refund for the tickets, given that I believed I had insurance coverage. Global Alliance informed me Ticketmaster should have handled the insurance. I require assistance in resolving this matter as Ticketmaster failed to pass on my details to Global Alliance. I just signed up today and accidentally combined my personal and work emails. I made a mistake and now cannot update it as it needs verification through an email that doesn't exist. This has left me unable to transfer my friend's tickets, as the process requires a verification code sent to the same non-existent email. Both my purchase receipt and verification messages were also sent to this email. I wonder why there isn't an alternative verification method available, like the text verification I received initially for my account.

I've been attempting to book Elton John tickets at the Watford FC ground since yesterday with a code I received, but have been encountering issues. Despite tickets being available, I have not been successful. Today, I selected seats, and my screen has been stuck on 'submitting' for about an hour. As someone who doesn't use the internet often, this is quite stressful for me. I am concerned about my bank details being entered and the message on the screen persisting for so long. Hello, Before COVID, I booked a ticket to see Michael Buble at Hatfield House on July 25 and Riverside Durham on July 27. Assuming these dates are still on this year, I was excited to receive information about additional concerts, including one at Floors Castle in Roxburghshire on July 4. This location is only 30 miles away from me, compared to the [redacted]-mile drive to Hatfield House. If it's possible, I would like to change my tickets from Hatfield House to Floors Castle. I have contacted customer support via email three times, and despite being assured my issue was resolved and the tickets would be visible on my app, they are still missing. My event is just 2 days away, and I only have mobile delivery. I purchased the tickets on my computer, downloaded the app, and while they are visible on my computer, they do not show up on the app. I urgently need this fixed. I have invested hours into this, and as a non-tech person, I am frustrated. At this point, I would prefer physical or printable tickets. My order number is 18-[redacted]/CH5 for 2 tickets.

I bought two tickets for $80 to see Playboi Carti in concert. When we arrived around 9:45, we missed the opening acts and found out the gates closed at 9:30. We were unaware of this early closure as it was not communicated beforehand. I am considering attending his concert in Columbus and wondering if it's possible to transfer my tickets for that show.

I need help transferring the tickets bought through Game Time to Ticketmaster. When we try to enter an email and sign in, it says the transfer has already been accepted by another email address. We can't access the tickets. I need assistance to refresh this process so we can log in to Ticketmaster and accept the mobile tickets.

I purchased tickets online that require my phone for entry. I downloaded the Ticketmaster app, but it flagged me as a bot upon launch. I have not used a VPN, cleared cache, and I am still facing issues. When I logged into my account on my PC to access the tickets, it directed me back to my phone due to them being mobile-only. Contacted Ticketmaster through the "contact us" link, explained the problem, and received a generic mobile ticket access link. This situation is frustrating, and I am considering contacting my credit card company to potentially cancel the ticket.

I bought d block Europe tickets for Sunday, December 5th at AO Arena from a reseller. I paid through PayPal using the "friends and family" option, as instructed by the seller. Despite receiving the order/reference number, the seller has not transferred the tickets to my Ticketmaster account. Additionally, I have learned that the sellers are dealing with COVID but still intend to go to the event. I am having trouble buying tickets for the Chris Stapleton concert in Vancouver on May 14. It seems like all the good seats are reserved for RCB or American Express members. How can a regular person like me purchase 4 tickets without ending up in the nosebleed section? I considered reaching out on social media but figured I would seek advice here first. I attempted to purchase a ticket for my high school football game. On the first attempt, there was an error on your website causing the transaction not to go through. I tried a second time, and the same issue happened. Eventually, I purchased a third ticket, which seemed to be successful. However, when I checked the app, it showed that I had 0 tickets. Upon visiting the website, it displayed that I had three tickets when I only intended to buy one. I reviewed my bank account and saw charges for three tickets, with two refunds in progress. To date, I have not received the refunds for the two extra tickets. I am seeking a resolution to refund me for the additional tickets I did not use or want. I purchased ticket insurance as I can't attend the event I have tickets for. I realized I overpaid for the tickets and now I can't sell them. My order number is 63-[redacted]/CH2. On December 1, I tried to purchase resale tickets for the BTS concert at the YouTube Theater through Ticketmaster. I placed the order four separate times due to encountering an error. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation email for the purchase, but my card was charged for the tickets on all four attempts. I am unsure if a refund will be issued for the incorrect purchases as I did not actually secure the tickets successfully and, therefore, could not attend the event.

I have been trying to book tickets for the 5 Seconds of Summer No Shame Tour [redacted] concert on 30 Nov [redacted] at HBF Stadium in Perth. However, each time I tried to make a purchase, I encountered an error message stating, "Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve your tickets just now. Please wait a moment then try again." This error persisted regardless of the ticket type I selected. I specifically wanted to purchase a Collector Ticket for the Soundcheck Standing Experience, but I was unable to do so. I bought 2 tickets for the NYCb Theatre at Westbury for a David Foster show on May 22, [redacted], as a gift. After purchasing, I realized that the tickets are only available via mobile app delivery, which was not made clear before. I expected to receive an email copy to print and give as a gift. I also purchased insurance through Allianz under my name instead of the recipients'. I'm unsure how this will work, as Allianz doesn't have the answers either. It's frustrating not being able to reach a live person for support. I've tried contacting them via email with no success. I need clear instructions on how to gift these tickets confidently without any issues. If possible, I would appreciate a direct phone number to speak with someone and resolve this quickly. It's important that the recipients can see the ticket details, not just me.
