I am requesting to cancel my online order #[redacted] as the store was unable to fulfill my items. Upon arrival, I was informed they were out of chalupas and was offered to select another $3 item as a replacement, with no specific alternatives provided. After some deliberation, I suggested quesaritos only to be informed that it was exclusive to online/mobile orders. Frustrated by the lack of assistance and witnessing unprofessional behavior amongst employees, I opted to cancel my order. I was instructed to seek a refund due to the cancellation process constraint at the drive-thru. Consequently, I placed and paid for a different order separately. Although the app indicates I received and retrieved the initial order, I did not, and I am seeking a refund for the unfulfilled order.

I have been a frequent visitor to the Taco Bell on Plainfield Road in Cincinnati, Ohio, as it is conveniently located near me. Lately, however, I have been consistently missing items in my orders, particularly the cinnamon twists. Today, on 9/1 around 5:35pm, I placed an order which included 2 orders of nacho fries. Upon arriving at the window, I was informed that nacho fries were no longer available. I was assured that I would receive chips and cheese as a substitute, but unfortunately, they were missing from my bag. The drive-thru service was handled by three girls who seemed preoccupied with texting instead of addressing my concerns. Despite attempting to communicate about the missing items, I left without receiving them, even though I had already paid.

Last night at 10:42 PM, I placed an order online for food at the Taco Bell located at [redacted] NE Parvin Rd. Kansas City, MO [redacted]. My order number was [redacted]. Despite receiving an order confirmation, I encountered issues when I arrived at the restaurant. The drive-thru line was very long, and I tried calling but no one answered. After waiting for approximately 35 minutes, I was informed that they couldn't fulfill my order due to low stock. The manager declined to provide a refund and directed me to contact the service I used for the order. I then asked for the Corporate Office's contact number but was told to look it up online myself. Overall, my family's dinner experience was disappointing, and I have decided not to use the online ordering system at Taco Bell again. I will ensure the store is adequately stocked and staffed before placing future orders.

I have frequently visited my local Taco Bell at [redacted] Caldwell Mill Rd, Hoover, AL [redacted] within 30 minutes to 2 hours of closing to order Cinnabon Delights as a late-night treat. However, I've encountered an evening manager who claims they are out of this item due to the difficulty of preparing 12 delights. Upon checking with the employees, they have confirmed that the item is actually available. I am wondering if there is a specific policy that allows managers to refuse to prepare an available item at their discretion. The manager's attitude during my visits has been concerning, and if there was a closer Taco Bell, I would consider taking my business elsewhere. On Sunday evening, I placed a pick-up order through the Taco Bell app. Unfortunately, when the person collecting the order at the drive-thru asked for fire sauce, the employee rudely gave mild sauce packets instead. To avoid delaying the line, we proceeded to the restaurant to request the fire sauce. Upon returning home, we discovered missing items and incorrect ingredients in our order. When contacting the location, the shift manager mentioned they couldn't issue a refund and advised reaching out to customer service. I sent an email that night and am still awaiting a response.

Hello, my name is Maria Diaz, I am Hispanic, a single mother, a driver, and I work for Doordash. On several occasions due to my job, I have had to visit Taco Bell store number [redacted] and have always received poor service from its employees. Today, September 13, [redacted], at 09:58 pm was perhaps the worst experience I have had with the employees of this store. Upon entering the lobby today, there were two employees in the store, two young people, one tall with dark curly long hair and a young white woman with straight brown hair wearing a black cap that covered part of her eyes. I approached them respectfully and informed them that I had a Doordash order, but they looked at me in a racist manner and turned around to do different activities than what I had requested. After repeating my request, a short young woman with black hair and glasses helped me nicely. I would like to receive in writing to my email address what kind of employees this company is looking for, what training or corrective actions are taken when employees fail to represent the company well. I visited the Baker St store at 11:05 and used my card to order a meal from the machine. Despite the store opening at 11am, the machines were still off and the staff were still setting up. When I received my food at 11:24, the chips were cold as the machines had just turned on. I requested warm chips, but was informed it would take an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Due to time constraints, I requested a refund, but was initially told they couldn't refund my card, only to later be told cash refunds were not possible either. I was asked to return the next day for a refund, a process that would further cut into my lunch break. The overall service was extremely disappointing. When I ordered online, I had requested modifications to my order due to dietary restrictions, but upon pickup, the order was incorrect and missing items. After a long wait at the drive-thru, the staff assured me they had fixed the order, only to find out later that more than half of the items were still wrong. Despite trying to contact the store, no one answered the phone, and the staff on my second trip were rude. The entire experience was frustrating, and I believe there should be consequences for such poor customer service. It was impossible to resolve the issue without enduring long wait times in the drive-thru line.

Good afternoon, I placed an order and edited the pickup address twice to Topeka, Kansas before finalizing the submission. When I arrived at the Taco Bell location, I realized the order was still sent to a Taco Bell in Indiana. Despite my attempts to cancel the order and reorder at the Topeka Taco Bell, the online system charged my card and did not allow me to cancel. I am unable to upload a screenshot here but can provide it via email upon request. Moreover, when I had to reorder, our order was missing two items, resulting in an incomplete order. I recently made an online order at Taco Bell. I purchased a taco/burrito cravings pack that was charged at $13.00 instead of the correct $10.00 online special price. Despite ordering two other items, the order was filled accurately but missing hot sauce and the drinks were forgotten initially. I returned for the drinks but then realized I was also not provided with napkins. When I enquired about the overcharge, the staff member, Jessica, was unhelpful and borderline rude. She dismissed my concerns and directed me to contact someone online about the pricing discrepancy. Jessica's dismissive attitude and lack of assistance left me dissatisfied with the customer service at this Taco Bell location. This experience has discouraged me from placing future online orders with them.

I had a frustrating experience at a Taco Bell drive-thru. I arrived at a seemingly empty drive-thru, only to have another car suddenly cut in front of me at the window. This resulted in a confrontation with the driver and the Taco Bell staff. Despite there being no cars ahead of me, the staff insisted the other car was ahead. Feeling upset and scared by the situation, I blame Taco Bell for their management of the incident, as they seemed to support the other driver's actions. I visited the Taco Bell in Mount Pocono today around 5 PM. Despite only a few cars ahead of me, there was a considerable delay with the pickup truck in front. Upon receiving my mobile order, I was concerned that the food had been waiting as it was cold by the time we got home after a short 7-minute drive. I visited the Taco Bell in Mount Pocono this afternoon around 5:00 pm. There were three cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, and the car in front of me caused a significant delay. Despite placing a mobile order, it took approximately 10 minutes before my order was ready at the window. I was concerned about the freshness of my food when I got home just seven minutes later, only to find everything was cold. I am requesting a refund of $14 and some change. This is the second disappointing experience we've had at this location. It's puzzling how a new restaurant with ample staff could take 15 to 20 minutes to fulfill one order. It seems like my order may have been left waiting while the delay with the car in front of me was addressed.

I visited Taco Bell store [redacted] in Mountain City, TN on November 5th around 10:30 a.m. I added items to my cart on the app for pick up and proceeded to submit my order. Although my debit card was charged, I encountered an error on the app, and the store never received my order. Consequently, I had to reorder and pay at the store's location, missing out on any reward points. It took over an hour to resolve this issue as the employees mentioned that orders sometimes have delays. Despite circling the drive-thru numerous times to check for the order status, my app continued to display an error message. The pending charge is still on my account five days later. I would appreciate a refund and perhaps some compensatory items for the inconvenience caused.

After waiting nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru, we received our food only to realize a couple of miles later that we had not received our drinks. When we tried to call the restaurant to have someone bring out the drinks, no one answered. Upon returning to the drive-thru speaker, we explained the situation to the employee who then called the manager. The manager, who mentioned being very busy and working a double since 5:30 am, rudely dismissed our complaint and told us not to return to Taco Bell. He did not apologize or bring out our drinks, leaving us waiting a total of one hour for food and watered-down drinks. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning to this location. I am considering sharing my experience on social media and with news outlets. I believe this manager's behavior was unacceptable, and I am requesting a refund for the poor service we received.

Each time I visit a Syracuse, NY location, I experience issues with the employees not following my order correctly and overcharging me for items I did not receive. Despite requesting extra items, I still end up paying for them without getting them. Contacting the staff leads to them being dismissive and even hanging up on me. For instance, my recent order of a large number 2 resulted in regular soft tacos instead of taco Supremes and a medium drink. The extra cheese on the Gordita crunches was lacking, and the meat in the crunchwrap Supreme was inadequate. This occurred at [redacted] West Onondaga Boulevard, Syracuse, NY. I've been incorrectly charged nearly $4 for missing items, which is unacceptable. I urge the staff at every location to fulfill orders accurately and charge customers correctly.

I am extremely frustrated with Taco Bell at the moment. I placed my order two days ago, and when it finally arrived, my Crunchwrap Supreme resembled a pancake with barely any filling. The nacho cheese was hot, but everything else was cold and inedible. I am disappointed by my recent experience at the restaurant. The food was all excessively wet, lacking any firmness or crunch. Whenever I receive emails from Taco Bell, I diligently click on the unsubscribe button, but unfortunately, they continue to send me promotional emails. I am unable to block them outright as I rely on receiving my order confirmations and receipts from them via email. It's frustrating that they persist in sending me multiple advertisements daily when they are aware that I need their essential communications. It would be helpful if there were more stringent laws in place to address this issue, or if there was better enforcement to ensure companies comply with opt-out requests.
