I JUST UPGRADED MY PHONE. YOU DIDN'T SEND MY *** G SIM CARD ! WHEN CALLED YOU LAST NIGHT I WAS TOLD THEY ACTIVATED AN ELECTRONIC SIM CARD. BUT THE NEW PHONE SAYS INSERT SIM !!! ON TOP OF THAT,AS SOON AS I HUNG UP WITH SUPPORT,MY -PREVIOUS PHONE WILL NOW ONLY DO "***"! I EVEN HAVE AN EMAIL SAYING THAT THE NEW SIM WAS ACTIVATED ! SO NOW I HAVE * PHONES THAT DON'T WORK !!
