Sometime in October ****, I went to a T-Mobile store to obtain a phone and switch my current AT&T number to T-Mobile. The store Rep was unable to complete the number switch because she requested for a SIM PIN that I did not have, so I told I was no longer interested in the phone switch and requested that she to cancel and close any T-Mobile account already opened in my name. She assured me the account was closed and that I w.*Sometime in December ****, I received a bill from T-Mobile for a service I never had nor use. I called T-Mobile Support on Dec **, ****, provide my explanation and received a confirmation that the account has now been closed and the issue was resolved.*In January ****, I received another bill for same unused service, I called T-Mobile Support on Jan **, ****, provided explanation on the account*service. The Service Rep submitted a memo detailing my complaints and promised that T-Mobile officials would look into the issue and resolve it since I never really used the T-Mobile services to incur the charges. After this complaints, I never received any bill again from T-Mobile. *In May ****, I started receiving calls from AmSher Collection Agency, followed by a mail claiming I owe T-Mobile $***.**. I called T-Mobile Support multiple time but could never get any reasonable help, the Service Reps claimed they could not access the account because it's closed and I could not provide a PIN. Finally on May **, ****, I was fortunate to get a Service Rep named Mark who confirmed that the account was written of on Feb *, ****, then sent to Collection Agency on Feb *, ****. Mark also submitted a report to investigate the issue and promised that I would be informed on the outcome within **hrs. After waiting for ten (**) days without any information on the outcome, I called T-Mobile Support today (**********), the Service Rep said she could not access the account and could not see and memo or report from my previous interactions.*This bill for a T-Mobile service that I never had or use has been entered my credit history as a late payment and ahs already brought down my credit score.
