This is the final instance I will accept my credit score being decreased without explanation. My TransUnion score dropped by 23 points after you deleted a remark from my account. If you don't revert this alteration permanently, I will transition to the Visa prime card, which also offers 5% cash back. I have raised this issue three times now. Every time it is corrected, my score inexplicably drops again shortly after.

I have a few credit cards with your bank. Currently, I am experiencing a difficult situation. Apologies if I missed any payments. Due to a compromised checking account at PNC, which has been under investigation for seven weeks, my funds are frozen as it is my only account. I am unable to access my money at the moment. My fixed income is directly deposited into this account. I don't receive updates on the investigation's progress from the bank. I am unsure when I can make payments as I don't know when my account will be accessible again. I request understanding and patience during this time.

I am currently relying on my Sam's Club card to manage my expenses on a fixed income, and as a result, I have accumulated a sizable balance on it. Despite consistently making payments above the minimum amount, I am seeking assistance to pay off this debt along with others through debt consolidation services. However, I am frustrated with the requirement of these companies to close the account and stop payments during negotiation, leading to additional interest and late fees. I find it perplexing that they already have insight into the negotiated amount but still advise stopping payments. Additionally, the lengthy 3-5 year process and the substantial fees involved are disheartening. I believe I should have the ability as a consumer to negotiate directly with Synchrony Bank to close my account, reduce the interest rate, eliminate fees, and establish a feasible payment plan. If anyone has successfully navigated this process with Synchrony Bank and paid off their credit card debt, I would greatly appreciate any guidance on accomplishing this.

Attention Retention Department, On 10/25/22, I had a conversation with customer service representative "Sean" and his supervisor at 7:42 am. We have discussed multiple times that it is acceptable to use our Care Credit card ending in [redacted] without any issues. I have arranged for an autopay scheduled for Nov. 12, [redacted], excluding the past due amounts of $90.00 and $[redacted].00, as well as today's charges. Our credit allotment of $[redacted].00 initially provided us with a balance allowance of over $[redacted].00. We were not informed that we could only use $[redacted].00 in small increments at a time; this was never communicated to us in writing. We urgently need a waiver for the $90.00 due before using the card to address a critical health issue with our rescued French Bulldog. Our family member's life is at risk, causing extreme stress and frustration. We kindly request a waiver for the $90.00 payment, with hopes of resolving this matter promptly to avoid any harm to our pet. Clear communication and cooperation are vital for a positive resolution. I am attempting to make a payment for my furniture purchased at Room-to-Go. I contacted your company to retrieve my account number as I do not have it. The agent I spoke with was unhelpful and confrontational despite providing all my details for verification, including a text message. I prefer to pay online and had no issues last month, but now I cannot log in and am using the guest payment option, which still requires my account number. I provided my SSN and my phone number, which has not changed since [redacted], but the agent argued about it. I would appreciate a more helpful approach from such a large company. Synchrony Bank (Dreams) I purchased a mattress on May 25, [redacted], and we made payments correctly at times for $50 and sometimes $[redacted]. We were close to finishing payments when I got Covid-19 and we became unemployed. I called and was told there was a clause to assist (Covid impact) and I could continue paying without affecting my balance, and this economic impact assistance would prevent the increase of interests. My surprise was that they closed my online account and I lost access to pay on the app, and they duplicated my account. Now, instead of owing $[redacted], I owe over $1,[redacted], which is unfair and a bad action from Synchrony Bank. A bad practice. I have sent letters and spoken trying to negotiate this issue that is affecting my life to the point of illness and they had to perform a catheterization. I have been receiving emails about my overdue payment from TJ Maxx. I contacted Live Chat at Synchrony Bank for help, but unfortunately, they were not able to assist me. I applied for a TJ Maxx credit card with a 10% discount offer, but I never received the card even after 2 months. Now, I am struggling to pay my bill as I don't have an account number for the missing card. Synchrony Bank keeps informing me that my Account ending in [redacted] is past due, but without the card, I can't make the payment. I am willing to settle my dues promptly and avoid late fees, but the bank is not cooperating. Please help me resolve this issue quickly so I can make my payment without further complications. I am employed at Surry County Clerk of Court in Dobson, NC. We recently issued two checks to Synchrony Bank, care of Smith Debnam Attorneys in Raleigh, NC, for two judgments that have been paid off. I usually log into my account every month to make a payment. This time, when I tried to log in, it said my login was correct but my account has been closed for years. I have never had this issue before. I need this fixed as soon as possible. I don't want to incur interest because your system is not working properly. Additionally, I have not received any statements via email. Can you please explain what is going on? This is regarding my closed Care Credit card account.

I am experiencing issues using my new Belk Card account online. When I try to place an order, I receive a message stating that my order cannot be processed at this time. I applied for the card online on December 15, [redacted], and was issued a temporary shopping pass with a 16-digit account number, a 3-digit security code, and an expiration date of December 25, [redacted]. Despite contacting multiple Credit Card Services branches and speaking with friendly customer service agents, I have not received a solution to this problem. Despite being consistently on time or making extra payments, I did not receive any site alerts as I rarely check my email. This sudden account closure has negatively impacted my credit score, disregarding my positive payment history. In July, I incurred late fees on my Amazon store card that I disputed. Despite several conversations with customer service representatives, only $35.64 of the charges was initially removed. Through additional proof and persistence, all fees were eventually refunded, resulting in a $35 credit. This credit was utilized in August when I purchased shoes worth $73 but then returned them. Although the refund was processed by Amazon, Synchrony failed to reflect this on my card, leading to a confusing cycle of charges and credits. In October, I received a receipt thanking me for a purchase I did not make, resulting in further unauthorized charges and complexities on my card. Despite continuous efforts to resolve the issue, including multiple emails and calls to customer service, the situation remained unresolved. The lack of clarity and communication from the representatives, along with unexpected charges, caused great distress. I am seeking a full refund of the disputed charges and the removal of a $29 late fee, as well as the closure of my account due to these ongoing issues.

I am frustrated by the confusing communication from Synchrony. I have received text messages regarding a TJX account, but I do not have any accounts with Synchrony Bank. When I tried to resolve this over the phone, the representative "Ricky" only asked for my social security number, refusing to provide more information. Synchrony has even requested my address to send a credit card, but I am wary of this situation as I did not apply for any card. The lack of transparency and difficulty in getting help from Synchrony is concerning. The issue came to my attention when I noticed a delinquency on my Credit Sesame report, which is unusual as I always pay my bills on time, often paying more than the minimum amount due. I am seeking assistance with financing my new flooring order. The store sent me an application for a promotion with Synchrony Bank offering 12 months at 0%.
