In [redacted], I began playing on an account and let my cousin use it while I concentrated on school. Upon returning to the account, the Supercell ID it was associated with is no longer functional. Despite having the player number, clan information, and other details, my attempts to reclaim the account resulted in a 30-31 day ban. Using Clash Ninja, I discovered that the account is currently in a different clan, clearly indicating that someone else is using it.

Hi Supercell, I've been trying to regain access to my Clash of Clans town hall level 13 account under the name D-Blakenator for over a year now. Whenever I try to open the app, I'm prompted to load the village, but I can't log in with my Supercell ID as my email isn't recognized. The account number is #RJURPR9L. Good afternoon, I recently encountered an issue with a transaction on my Brawl Stars account that I would like assistance with. My brother mistakenly made three purchases on my account and then proceeded to refund all three transactions. While I didn't have an issue with one of the purchases, the refund caused me to lose [redacted] gems, which were equivalent to the items from that particular purchase. I am kindly requesting that €19.99 be deducted from my Google Play balance (the cost of the offer) in order to reverse the refund, if possible. I have already spoken to Google Assistance who informed me that they were unable to assist and suggested I reach out to the app developers. Clash of Clans banned me, claiming I was phishing for an account, but I was only trying to access an old account on a device I no longer had the information for. After recalling the details, I managed to retrieve my old account, yet my main account got banned for 31 days. I've tried explaining this to the tech support in the game, but their response hasn't been satisfactory. Retrieving an old account isn't phishing. I wish for my main account to be reinstated since I successfully accessed my old account, proving my ownership without causing any harm. My main account is important to me as I've invested a significant amount in gem upgrades. Thank you.

I am unsure why my account was affected. I have been playing Clash of Clans for the past 7 years and have not breached any of Supercell's policies. My village was first locked and then permanently banned without any reason. I request Supercell to review my case thoroughly and transfer it to a specialist for a detailed examination. I am innocent and seeking justice. I have all the necessary evidence to support my claim. Please assist me, Supercell, as my account that I have been building for 6 years has been banned, and I am in need of help.

Last summer, my phone accidentally fell into Lake Trusdale located in Westchester, New York. The water damage caused me to get a new device. Upon trying to log in to my long-held Clash of Clans account, which I have invested real money in over the years, I was shocked to find out that I had been permanently banned for alleged account phishing activities, which I have never engaged in. It is frustrating that instead of assisting users in retrieving their accounts, the system has penalized me unjustly for a simple login attempt on a new device. This ban without solid justification only highlights the flaws in your login process. I urge for the prompt restoration of my account as I have done nothing to violate the SuperCell guidelines. I have had a terrible experience with Supercell's customer service. Every time I try to reach out for help within the game, I'm only connected to OTTO who closes the conversation repeatedly. Feeling frustrated, I attempted to contact Supercell via email, but they only asked for my tag, name, clan, and townhall before closing the conversation, claiming they had exhausted all options. This lack of assistance is incredibly frustrating. Can someone please advise me on how to recover my village? I urgently need help from the support team.

I have been attempting to access one of my Clash of Clans accounts that was originally on an iPad mini with iOS 9. In the process of trying to transfer it to another device, I inadvertently got confused regarding Supercell IDs. Despite reaching out to Supercell for assistance, I encountered issues receiving login codes, with some responses indicating no association with my email. Subsequently, after answering security questions and facing misunderstandings, I received a message stating that I am not the owner of the account, accusing me of phishing, resulting in a 31-day ban threat. I am the rightful owner of the account and the leader of my clan, which I have been a part of for 8 years. Moreover, I am turning 80 years old in 2 weeks. Feeling helpless and frustrated, I simply wish to regain access to my account for clan use.

Hello Supercell, I am Ralf from Germany, writing regarding my lost account, Townhall 10, with the Gmail [redacted] I first encountered issues on the 6th. Despite successfully changing my Gmail security code, my SupercellID code is not working, preventing me from rebuilding my account. Although I regained access to my Gmail, I am unable to access Clash of Clans. My account, War I〽️perator, with Code #LJPOPGG9U, Townhall 10/Level 96, is missing. I need to clarify some important details here. The player tag and information I used in my previous submission are not accurate. I only provided them to contact Supercell support. Recently, I attempted to recover my Town Hall 13 account. After discussing the matter with Supercell support, they mistakenly believed I was attempting to steal an account. Consequently, I received a 31-day ban. I am baffled by this situation as all the messages and evidence I provided are still in the message logs. The new development is that I have uncovered substantial proof of in-app purchases for the game. I have invested significant time and money in Clash of Clans, only for my integrity to be questioned. This situation is profoundly unjust, and I urge you to recognize my frustration. I appreciate your attention to this matter, as it is quite challenging, but I remain hopeful that I will regain access to my account.

Hello, at 11:52 today, a message was sent in my clan. The message contained the phrase "nique ta mere." I want to clarify that this was the first message sent in a clan with only real-life friends, and someone from the clan humorously wrote it using my phone. I hope this ban will be lifted. This lack of communication is disappointing. Hello, my child has made multiple purchases in the Brawlstars game. However, about two weeks ago, he encountered an issue with his account under the username killer Leon #SC-9YG0QJ2RLL2. This has caused a significant problem where we would need to purchase over [redacted] gems just to reset the count to 0. It seems like a game glitch. My Clash of Clans account has been hacked. I am requesting assistance in remotely erasing all data on my Android phone for security purposes. I need help recovering my account named "jheremy" in Clash of Clans. My Town Hall level is 14, and my guild is called AMIANAN, where I am the leader. Unfortunately, the hacker kicked out my guild friends and changed the account name to "Vannylein." I have encountered an issue with Clash of Clans customer support. I was attempting to recover my lost old account by providing all the necessary details to the in-game help and support system. However, after explaining how I lost access to my account (due to joining the army and my old device being destroyed), the bot named Otto responded with a generic message thanking me and stating that they will review my case and contact me later. To my surprise, after waiting for 50 minutes, the support team banned me without requesting any verification.
