I have been trying to get my phone fixed all week. Needless to say it has not been fixed. Everytime I ask to speak to a supervisor I get cut of the line and right back in line on a wait list. I'm highly frustrated and irritated at this point. I switched my service from safe link service over to straight talk service. Well I called back in hopes to get my number changed to my old straight talk number so I can recover my banking and google accounts. I still have yet to have my number changed. All I've gotten is a phone that will not make calls texts. Nothing. It has no APN. I believe that's the problem. I have spent hours like * hours on the phone with you guys. And yet to have the issue resolved. Please contact me in regards to this matter asap. Please have a experienced supervisor. For this is the last time I try to move forward with my service through straight talk. Thanks
