Hi, I tried calling the number provided on the internet and it says the call can not be completed. So that’s why I’m attempting to email you, I recently got gas at store **** and used my cashapp card to pay at the pump and I for $** in gas and I’m charged $***. I was told it will be *-* days before it’s updated and my funds will be available. That money is all I have for my kids and myself to eat on. Had I known that it would be such a large amount charged to me then I would have went and gotten cash. But nowhere at the pump does it tell me if I’m paying with a card that’s what’s going to happen. There should be an option somewhere that pops up when it’s asking for your zip code, to alert you that an amount other than what you are getting is gonna be charged to your account so that people like me is now broke until the merchant releases my money.
