Hello, I wanted to inform you that our group has made a flight booking for six passengers departing from France. Recently, our flights were rescheduled, and we have received a new itinerary from your company via email. Unfortunately, we are facing difficulties accessing the "REVIEW CHANGES" button to confirm the new schedule. My luggage was lost on June 3rd during my flight from SJU to FLL. The bag ticket number is [redacted], and the claim number is FLLNK[redacted]4. Despite the initial destination being Atlanta, the bag was supposed to reach Savannah, GA where I reside. I have encountered difficulty reaching someone over the phone as they can only communicate via email. Unfortunately, an agent mistakenly changed my claim number and redirected my bag to Denver, where my niece is located. Her bag was found, but mine was not since they confused the two. Assistance is needed from Denver and Fort Lauderdale to physically locate my bag as it is confirmed not to be in Atlanta by Mr. Wright. Despite filing a claim, submitting a complaint, and making multiple calls, no resolution has been achieved. I was advised to have my niece check at the airport in Denver, which I find unprofessional. Please provide me with the contact numbers for the baggage services in FLL and DEN so I can follow up personally. Thank you, C.B.

My spouse and I bought a package deal thinking it was more cost-effective than buying carry-on bags separately. Unfortunately, we were running late, faced a long line, and risked missing our flight. Despite having TSA Pre-Check, a Spirit Airlines representative informed us that we needed to pay for a carry-on. We paid $[redacted].00, and here's our receipt: #WNE8YH. We were told to visit the counter at Atlantic City for a credit back to our Spirit credit card. Upon arrival, we were directed to the Fort Lauderdale counter, where we were instructed to file a complaint. After complying, we are disappointed as long-time Spirit customers of over 20 years. My first experience with Spirit Airlines was so disappointing that I missed my sister's wedding. There was a lack of customer service as the staff seemed not to understand me well, and after waiting in line twice, I was asked to start over when trying to get my boarding pass. When I requested to be placed on the next available flight that day, I was told there were no more flights. I asked for a refund since I no longer needed to be in Dallas, but it was denied. I had to borrow money to purchase the ticket, hoping to attend the wedding, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. The flight confirmation code is YWDYHR.

I had a flight booked on Spirit Airlines from Atlantic City to Fort Lauderdale on July 29, [redacted], at 10:25 am. I needed to change my flight due to unforeseen circumstances. The day before my scheduled flight, movers arrived, but were unable to move my belongings because of a wasp nest. The nest was discovered over the door and had to be removed that evening. Unfortunately, I could only find movers available the next morning, which was also the day of my flight. My landlord was uncooperative and wouldn't allow my belongings to stay in the house until my return in September. With no other choice, I had to miss my flight on July 29, [redacted]. I bought a ticket for my grandson for August 3rd at KCI airport for $53. Upon arrival, we were informed that the booking was mistakenly set for October 3rd, which was not possible due to his expected baby sibling arriving on September 1st. To resolve the issue, I had to pay an additional $[redacted]. The purpose of our visit was to secure a more affordable ticket, and I don't believe the error was on my end.

I attempted to book a roundtrip flight from Las Vegas to Detroit through Expedia. However, they charged me four times the amount of $[redacted] without providing any itinerary or booking details. After contacting Expedia, they canceled the flights and instructed me to reach out to Spirit Airlines. Upon contacting Spirit, they confirmed the cancellation of all four flights and mentioned a non-refundable fee of $[redacted] per flight. They offered to convert this amount into a credit for future travel if used by November. While trying to book the return flight with Anna, she mistakenly only booked it one way. I still need a return flight from Detroit to Vegas and have a credit confirmation for the trip. I aim to book the 6:53 PM non-stop flight from Detroit to Vegas on Friday the 19th. Can someone please assist with this situation? I believe there was an error on the other end. Thank you for your help.

I purchased seat tickets for my flight. I have my seat for the outbound flight, but not for the return. I was assigned seats by the emergency exit which made me uncomfortable. I spoke with a Spirit representative who couldn't refund me $[redacted] due to a system error showing we missed our first flight. The staff at the outbound flight confirmed we didn't need tickets if we provided the confirmation code. I seek a refund promptly to resolve this issue without further escalation. I recently traveled from Philadelphia to Miami on September 4th, [redacted], with a delay and reached the airport after midnight. On my return date, September 8th, my flight was from Miami to Philadelphia at 10:38 a.m. However, due to traffic from an accident on the Ronald Reagan highway, we arrived slightly later but still in time by 9:47 a.m. I was surprised to be charged a $99 fee per seat for missing the check-in time by the airline's standards, despite explaining the situation to the staff. After being rescheduled to a later flight from Fort Lauderdale at 8:35 p.m., which was also delayed, it seemed unfair to be penalized for missing the original flight when the subsequent one faced its own delays. I have generally been satisfied with Spirit but this experience left me disappointed. Losing a customer over a technicality like this feels unjust. - T.D.

I am currently in Naples, Florida, where RSW remains closed following Hurricane Ian. I am attempting to cancel my flight to Michigan scheduled for 10/14 and am facing challenges in obtaining a refund despite giving significant notice. Due to the aftermath of the hurricane, I have limited resources and no transportation. After multiple failed attempts to escalate the issue to a manager, I was abruptly disconnected. Following a lengthy wait, I was able to speak with a supervisor named Olivia who reiterated that refunds would not be issued beyond her authority. She advised me to submit a complaint online as there was no higher escalation available. I find it unjust that a refund is denied for a flight departing from an airport that is currently non-operational. This situation is incredibly distressing, and I am in urgent need of a resolution.

On the 26th, I traveled from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Tampa Airport and paid for my baggage. Unfortunately, my bag did not make it to Tampa. I filed a claim and was told it should have arrived on the 27th with a rush tag. Due to a recent hurricane in my hometown, which left me without power, my wallet and laptop are trapped in my missing bag. I was informed my bag ended up in Orlando Airport, far from where I reside in Fort Myers, Florida. I am seeking compensation as I am unable to carry out personal tasks without my belongings, including access to cash in my wallet. The aftermath of the hurricane has left me powerless and unable to visit a local bank.

I arrived at San Jose airport early but the baggage claim was closed, leaving me little time to board the plane. The office manager, Rafael Gold Platte Novoa, assisted and allowed me to bring a 7 ft board bag on the plane despite not being able to take my surfboards. My surfboards are in his office, and I need assistance in retrieving them, as well as information on shipping them to the US. We experienced a 30-minute delay on the plane, with ample time for the surfboards to be loaded. I have pictures and the surfboards cost $1,[redacted] in total. I experienced a 3-hour flight delay from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Columbus, Ohio, with Spirit Airlines. The overall experience was disappointing compared to my previous positive encounters with this airline. I have not received a response regarding my September claim for damage to my suitcase and its contents. Claim Number: DTWNK[redacted]4 Bag Tag: [redacted] Booking Number: HEN8HP on September 16th. I was asked to provide original receipts or bank statements for the purchase of the luggage. In early November, I received an offer to replace the bag, but it was only valid for 30 days from the flight date and designated for individuals with a USA address. Hello, this is Sandra Miller. I don't travel often and have some questions. I booked a flight from SLC, UT departing at 8:27 PM on October 27th to SDF, arriving at 5:29 AM on October 28th. I am unsure if I was supposed to receive a confirmation number, as I cannot check in for my trip. Can you please send the confirmation number to my email at [redacted]? Additionally, I have a layover in LAS and paid for one carry-on bag fee when departing from SLC, does this cover my entire flight, including the carry-on bag for the leg out of LAS? Due to unexpected circumstances, I unfortunately had to miss my flight. Getting to my destination was crucial, and I had made all the necessary arrangements. Today was supposed to be a joyful day for me. I am deeply saddened by this situation. I am unable to afford another ticket at the moment. I understand I might not be eligible for a full refund, but I am hoping for some assistance with a credit towards a future flight. I am in urgent need to travel to Colorado, preferably by Halloween. I missed the original flight from Hartsfield Atlanta Airport to Miami for a cruise on the Carnival Horizon due to TSA issues, but my baggage went ahead. After catching another flight on American Airlines on October 24th, I arrived in Miami and discovered that my luggage, Michael Easley's, was stolen while my wife's was not. I spoke to Spirit Airlines employees and found out that my bag had arrived but was stolen with all my belongings inside, causing a major inconvenience as I lost my medicine, camera, watches, cologne, clothing, and the bag itself. Since I was on my way to a cruise, I am interested in filing a claim to be reimbursed for the stolen merchandise.

Hello, I am part of a travel group heading for a vacation with friends from DFW to ATL. We have a flight scheduled for October 27th at 6:10 pm. Upon arriving at the airport at 4:50 pm, we attempted to check in our two bags. However, we were informed that one of the bags was overweight. We agreed to pay the extra fee but later decided to redistribute the weight to comply with regulations. Despite making this adjustment and reaching the representative's desk by 5:48 pm, we were unfortunately 3 minutes past the deadline due to the long queues.
