Every time I attempt to log in to Snapchat, I receive an error message that says "Please check your connection and try again later." The same issue occurs when trying to create a new account. I have already tried resetting the app, verifying for updates (which are not needed), deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as restarting my phone, but none of these solutions have worked. When I followed the steps to unlock it on the website, I was notified that my account had been permanently locked. I assure you that I have always adhered to the Terms of Service, using the app to communicate with friends and family solely through snaps and group chats. I have never utilized any third-party applications with Snapchat. I have submitted approximately 10 messages to Snapchat support regarding my hacked account. Despite multiple reports in the past month, I have not received any response or confirmation code from Snapchat. I was heading to my friend's house and about to message them when Snapchat suddenly logged me out. I received texts from my friends questioning posts on my story, but I wasn't even logged in at the time. My account was hacked, and inappropriate content was shared breaching guidelines. I suspect that my device has been infected with malware in the past, giving unauthorized access to my Snapchat account. I received threatening messages a year ago, warning of access to my phone's contents unless I paid, which I ignored. Since then, I have noticed strange activity on my phone, like unknown accounts added on Snapchat, and random files being downloaded. Despite changing passwords multiple times and doing resets, the issue persists. Lately, I found more unauthorized Snapchat accounts and explicit images, which were backed up to google photos. I performed a full data erase on my phone last night to address the problem. I hope this resolves the issue, but I am seeking advice on how to handle this situation to avoid being accountable for the unauthorized activities on my compromised device. I posted about weed on my story as a one-time thing at my brother's request, being over 18. I've seen underage users do it often. Within an hour, the story was removed, and shortly after, my account vanished. My boyfriend helped me create a new account, but I keep getting logged out, unable to access my other accounts. I don't understand why I might have been device banned.

I am seeking advice on reporting a user's inappropriate behavior on social media. This individual has displayed disturbing and hateful content, including homophobic, racist, and sexually inappropriate remarks. Their behavior in a group chat has been unacceptable, targeting vulnerable individuals and making offensive jokes. I have already contacted the platform but have not received a response. My Snapchat account, which I've had for 6 years, got deleted without any explanation. I've had to create 3 more accounts, but I keep getting locked out for reasons unknown. I recently managed to log back into one account, but within seconds, I was "temporarily" locked out again without doing anything. This situation is frustrating.

Hello, I've been using Snapchat for 8 years, where I've stored all my memories and holidays, totaling around [redacted]/[redacted] photos. Unfortunately, my account was temporarily locked recently, and even though I unlocked it after 24 hours, it keeps getting locked again within 30 seconds of logging in. My account was hacked by my ex-boyfriend, and messages were sent and things were posted without my consent. My Cash App number is on there, and he might access it. When I tried to log back in, either he deleted the account or Snapchat did it itself. I'm not asking for my account back; I just really want my pictures and some of my contacts since I was using this as my main source of communication.
