Hello!*I just purchased a new (well technically it was used) phone because my previous broke, and when I logged into my Snapchat, I got a message saying I had been permanently locked out. This took me by surprise, so I reviewed your terms and conditions and as I thought, I had not broken a single rule. I do not know if my account was mistakenly flagged in your system, or if this is due to me logging in on my new (but previously used by someone else) phone. I would love it if you could help, as I have been a customer for years. I love my account and the friends that I have on there. along with so many saved memories.**I really do believe that this was a mistake as I have never broken any rules, especially none to constitute a permanent ban. Your conditions stated that the things to constitute a permanent ban includes using third-party apps which I have never done, abusive behavior and spam messages which I have never partaken in, sending large numbers of friend requests before verifying the phone number and email address, although both of those things were verified on my account. **I know I have not broken any of these rules, so is it possible that this happened due to me switching phones? If you could help me recover my mistakenly locked account, I would really appreciate it.
