Hello! I recently lost access to my account (cc-elizabeth) after my friend created a new account using my phone number and verified it without my knowledge. When I tried to log back in, I couldn't access my original account. I created a new account (sylvia-trevor) and deleted the one my friend made (kenleythornhill). Unfortunately, there wasn't an email linked to my original account, only my phone number. I've had the original account for 2 years and would really like to recover it. I have a similar situation with an old Snapchat account from my youth, where I can still log in even though there is no phone number or email associated. I'm hoping to have the same luck with this account.

Even though I have proof of my account with a download of the snapcode on my phone, Snapchat claims my username doesn't exist. I recently noticed that my Snapchat account was logged out. When trying to log back in, it said my information was incorrect. After changing the password and attempting to log in again, my account was locked. When I tried to unlock it, I was informed that my account has been permanently locked for allegedly violating the terms of service, of which I am unaware. I received an email regarding this issue. I am eager to regain access to my account although I understand if it cannot be reopened. The idea of creating a new account is not ideal due to the memories and contacts associated with the locked account. I hope for a resolution soon. Thank you.

Hello, I recently bought a "new" phone after my old one broke, and when I tried to log into Snapchat, I was surprised to find a message saying my account had been permanently locked. I carefully reviewed your terms and conditions and realized I hadn't violated any rules. I'm unsure if my account was mistakenly flagged or if this issue arose from using a different (previously owned) phone. I am a long-time user who cherishes my account, friends, and memories stored there. I have always followed the rules, never using third-party apps, engaging in abuse or spam, or sending excessive friend requests without verifying my phone number and email address, which are both confirmed on my account. Hello, On Wednesday, January 12, [redacted], I switched my phone from an iPhone XR to a 12 Pro Max. When I tried to log in to Snapchat, I was immediately logged out and found out that my account had been temporarily blocked, even when using the iPhone XR. I visited your website to try to find a solution. However, the reasons listed for blocking accounts did not match my situation, as the issue occurred during the phone switch. This morning, I managed to briefly connect but was blocked again after 5 seconds when authorizing my phone to share my location. Since Wednesday, every time I authorize the camera or microphone, I get disconnected and blocked. I contacted Apple to ensure the problem was not from my phone. I also tested a friend's account to see if the issue persisted, and the same scenario occurred. I urgently request your assistance in recovering my account. I am very anxious because I have many important memories stored on it that I cannot afford to lose. My name is Loreta Gjinaj, and my Snapchat username is Loretagjinaj10. I've had my account for several years, and I believe it was hacked. This morning, I received an email notifying me of an attempted login from the Detroit area. Shortly after, Snapchat sent another email stating my account was permanently locked for not complying with the terms and conditions. Prior to losing access, my Snapchat app was experiencing glitches, which may be related. I kindly request that my account be unlocked and restored with all my memories intact. I encountered an issue when logging out of my account. The system prompted me to back up "6" items, which I did successfully. However, upon logging back in, I noticed that some memories were missing from the date range of 01-05-[redacted] to 01-17-[redacted]. Despite attempting various methods, like checking and downloading my data, I couldn't recover the lost memories. Subsequently, the system requested to back up "[redacted]" items before logging out again, raising my confusion. I noticed that the back up process was associated with a grey Snapchat emoji rather than my memories. I refrained from logging out to avoid further loss. Recently, my account was hacked when my phone was stolen. The hacker posted content on my account that may have violated community guidelines. I changed my password immediately to prevent further damage. When I tried to log in with the new password, I received a message saying my account was locked. I followed Snapchat's instructions to unlock it on their website, only to discover that my account is permanently locked due to the hacker's actions. I believe this is unfair as I have always adhered to the app's guidelines and never violated any terms of service. I request Snapchat to review my case and unlock my account, as well as restore my streaks that were lost due to the wrongful ban.

For anyone interested, NoWave can be reached at 1.[redacted].4NO.WAVE. They are a New York-based cannabis hemp processing company that operates legally in the state. I was encouraged by my employer and the distributor to showcase their new product on my social media, which I did. However, Snapchat decided to lock my account for what I believe is the promotion of a legal and legitimate business. The product is hemp-derived and contains less than 0.3% THC by weight, making it legal in New York State and compliant with regulations. I woke up to find my account deleted without violating any community guidelines, causing me to lose irreplaceable memories of people and animals. I eagerly await a detailed explanation or resolution from Snapchat.

Last night, I found that all Snapchat stories from my friends were inaccessible. I couldn't watch my own snaps or create a story either. Today, the issue persisted, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. Despite the app being linked to my phone number and email address, I failed to receive any response while attempting to reset my password. Hello, Since around 6 a.m. on 24/1/22 (UK time), I have been experiencing problems with Snapchat. The app has been extremely slow and won't send my snaps, citing no internet connection. I've attempted to troubleshoot the issue by: - Using both WiFi and mobile data. - Testing the app on another device. - Clearing out unnecessary apps on my phone. - Clearing phone storage and caches. - Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. - Restarting my phone. From about 10 a.m. today, I haven't been able to log into Snapchat due to a 'check connection and try again' message. However, my WiFi and data are working fine, and other apps like Facebook and Messenger are operating normally. I've noticed that even Snapchat's website won't load, and the issue seems isolated to the app itself. I'm using an android device. Around four weeks ago, my main account got hacked and deleted. This made me turn to my second account, but only to find out that after logging in, I got kicked out three minutes later with a message saying my account was permanently banned. I attempted to unlock it through the provided link, but it didn't work. Frustrated, I tried to create a new account, but I faced issues verifying my email or phone number due to lost connection errors. I even made a new email address, but the problem persisted. Finally, on a different phone (Huawei), I managed to create an account successfully, but when I logged in on both my main iPhone and the Huawei, I got kicked out once more with a connectivity issue. Hello! Unfortunately, my account has been locked. I agreed to swap phones with my friend for the day. I used her phone, including Snapchat, and she used mine. It's a bit silly, I know. She asked if she could "promote herself" on my story. I assume she posted something, but I don't know what it said. It wasn't from the owner of my Snapchat account. I don't really understand what happened. The only thing I know is that all my memories from [redacted] and beyond are in there. I don't even mind if I have my account back; my main concern is my memories. They are very important to me. If I know what happened, I can ensure it won't occur again! I'm just hopeful that there might be a way, by some miracle, to retrieve my memories.

My old account, "tinytyler101," has been inactive for over two years. I occasionally check it to see if any old friends have messaged me about switching to my current account "tyler.gus." However, I was unexpectedly logged out of "tyler.gus" today and when I tried to log back in, it said my username was not found, leading me to think it was deleted. I suspect "tinytyler101" may have been compromised, violating Snapchat Guidelines, resulting in it being locked. Since both accounts were on the same device, I believe my new account "tyler.gus" was mistakenly removed. I need help restoring "tyler.gus" as it is my primary means of communication.
