The issue in GetHuman-ateve's own words
I was playing demon slayer the hinokami chronicles game online match and when the match was over my star count reset went from * stars to * star. This is the second time my stars reset and i dont know what happen. I restarted my game and the one star is still there. All i wish is to get my five stars back please it takes me awhile to get back to five stars. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
GetHuman-ateve did not yet indicate what Sega should do to make this right.
