I had purchased tickets for a Atlanta Falcons football game coming up in October. I paid for the tickets through "AFFIRM". Because I will not be in town that week, I cancelled the tickets and "AFFIRM" stated the only way to cancel the loan is to get a "cancellation notice from SEATGEEKS to "AFFIRM" stating the tickets have been cancelled. I have tried to reach out to SEATGEEKS and there is no phone number, I have received an email confirmation to my email account that states tickets were cancelled, but I cannot respond because of "NOREPLY" in the email. How can I get SEATGEEKS to submit a cancellation notice to "AFFIRM"?
