Our fridge was not making ice. I read up on troubleshooting and pushed the test button which made the ice tray try to drop ice but would not fill back up whit water. When the tech got there and pushed the same test button it filled the tray. The next day it would not drop ice. I pushed test button and it dropped but it was melting within two hours. Then we noticed the food was thawing out in freezer. So we had an app for July **th. We told them we would not be home until *:**. They said they would let the tech know. The tech showed up early and we were not home. We had an appointment for Friday the next day. Still a no show. They said he called in sick. We had an appointment Monday and told them again we can't take time off work. We will be home at *:**. Please tell tech this. They promised they would. Tech called this morning and said he is on his way. This was at ** am. He said he did not get the message. Oh and yesterday I got a call from supervisor yesterday and said he would be back there at * pm. Wife left work to meet him. He never showed. He called today and again said he did not get that message. Someone is lying. Worst customer service ever. We have family coming to town for a week and don't have a freezer yet. I was told two hours ago I would get a call within an hour for an emergency fix. Haven't heard from anyone.
