Our TV went black while watching it. We have been trying to resolve this issue for three months now. The tv is only ** months old. We have tried customer service and even had a tech come out, and he didnt have the part as he assured us he would , then he left and never said when hed be back, that was more than a month ago. I have two house full of appliances from samsung, tvs, washers, dryers, refrigerators and stoves not to mention phones. We have been promised reimburement but have gotten the run around every time. We have spent countless hours on the phone only to be transferred repeatedly only to be put on hold again.Time is money, and besides the tv, we have lost all these hours building another house sitting on the **** phone with people that have no idea what the **** they are doing.My huisband is currently on the phone still getting the run around. Being told that we can get reimbursement once they pick the tv up, which they dont know how long that will be and of course the reimbursement wont be at the same time as the tv is picked up and they have no idea how long it might take. This is ridiculous, lost time and money...which in the eyes of the law can be sued for. I need to speak with the supervisor. We were just promised to speak with one, on hold another three minutes only for her to come back and tell us there is no supervisor. My husband is ready to take this to court.
