Hello, I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience with Ryanair from London to Alicante. Despite being in London for less than 48 hours, I encountered issues at the airport regarding the required form to travel. Despite trying to comply and facing challenges with my 14-month-old baby, I faced a lack of empathy from the flight attendants and was ultimately not allowed to board the flight due to not having the form for my baby. Even when asking to speak with a supervisor or the flight captain, I was denied assistance and eventually escorted out of the airport without any support, despite experiencing knee pain. I am left wondering if being vaccinated can lead to being denied boarding. The treatment received was unacceptable, and I am considering taking further action. Thank you. Sincerely, Beatriz G.

Dear Mr./Mrs., I am writing to you as Assiel Younis Cassis from Nazareth, Israel. My family, including my husband Riad, our 4-year-old son Elias, and 5-month-old daughter Melia, had made reservations for four tickets to Berlin a few weeks ago to experience the Christmas festivities. Our flight reference is GCYP4N. Departure: FR6473 from Tel Aviv to Berlin on December 10, [redacted] Return: FR6472 from Berlin to Tel Aviv on December 15, [redacted] Due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, especially in Berlin, and the fact that our young children are not vaccinated, we are concerned about their health. Additionally, Israel now mandates a 3-day quarantine for returning citizens because of the rising reinfection risk from the Omicron variant. Considering these challenges, we would like to cancel our flights and request a refund. Although we understand your cancellation policy, we kindly ask for an exception given the unforeseen circumstances we are facing. We hope for a prompt response from you. Best regards, Assiel

Hello, I made reservations for two round-trip flights from Cork to Stanstead on December 9th to 11th. The booking numbers are LFNW6E for E. James Oliver and LE8GTX for Lynn Oliver. I also purchased National Express return bus tickets to London (Stratford) for both bookings, but I have not received any confirmation or tickets from National Express. I would appreciate it if you could assist in getting these tickets sent to me as soon as possible since my travel is next week. Thank you, Lynn Oliver.

My name is Assiel Younis Cassis from Nazareth, Israel. I, along with my husband Riad, our son Elias aged 4, and our daughter Melia aged 5 months, had reserved four tickets to Berlin a few weeks ago to experience the enchanting Christmas atmosphere. Our flight reference is GCYP4N for the following flights: - Flight FR6473 from Tel Aviv to Berlin on December 10, [redacted] - Flight FR6472 from Berlin to Tel Aviv on December 15, [redacted] Due to the concerning increase in COVID-19 cases, particularly in Germany, we are alarmed. With our young children not vaccinated or having recovered from COVID-19, we are extremely worried about their health and cannot take any risks. Additionally, Israel mandates a 3-day quarantine for citizens returning to Tel Aviv due to the rising risk of the Omicron variant, posing challenges with work commitments and planned activities. Considering these circumstances, we kindly request a cancellation and refund, appealing to your understanding as the situation presents unforeseen limitations beyond our control.

I am seeking clarification on the current flying regulations to Malaga on December 6, [redacted]. I am fully vaccinated and have received my booster shot, along with my Covid pass and booster card on my phone. I am uncertain about whether I still need an Antigen test 48 hours before traveling or if it is only required for departure from Malaga in January [redacted]. I plan to stay in Malaga for a month with a friend, and the constant changes in rules are causing confusion.

Due to new COVID-19 restrictions, I need to cancel all flight reservations with Ryanair. I would like to receive a voucher to use for future travel when things go back to normal, but I have been unable to do this through the Ryanair website or the app. The booking numbers are: AE1F4H, DY7P3T, L85UNP, PDDGJN, and CYl8QW. There are a total of 5 reservations. I appreciate any help with this as I won't be able to travel. Thank you very much.

I am requesting to cancel my flight due to the new COVID variant. We attempted to reschedule it for March, but the fee to rearrange is higher than the original flight cost. Our voucher has also been used up. It is challenging for those on a tight budget. I notified you well in advance before my scheduled flight on December 18th. I am hoping for a refund. My flight number is C8r3nj. Thank you.

My elderly father, 72 years old, and my 14-year-old daughter encountered issues while boarding their flight from Budapest to Manchester this evening. They were incorrectly denied boarding due to a misunderstanding regarding the new PCR test requirement for UK travel, which was not in effect until December 7th. Despite this, my daughter was charged [redacted] Euros for a test at the airport, only to miss the flight. They were offered free flights for the next day but no accommodation assistance. They are currently stranded in Budapest. I urgently seek reimbursement for the PCR test, hotel expenses, and fuel costs for my husband's trip to pick them up from East Midlands Airport. Additionally, I would like to discuss compensation for the distress caused. Please reach out to me promptly to address these issues.

The departure time for our flight FR [redacted] from Berlin to Lisbon on May 16th has been changed by more than 5 hours (RC82RQ). We are traveling with a young child and an infant, making it impossible to take this flight. We are entitled to change the flight for free, but we have not received an email regarding the delay yet. We wish to switch our flight to May 15th under the same conditions as our original booking. We prefer not to wait for the email as flight ticket prices are increasing. Thank you for your assistance in adjusting our flight dates promptly.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with a recent flight issue. On August 9, we purchased tickets for a flight from Frankfurt to Palma de Mallorca. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled, and we are still waiting for our refund of €[redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, we have not received the refund. When I spoke to a staff member at the Ryanair counter, he mentioned that the money had already been sent and provided an account number that does not belong to us. Our correct account number is the same one used for purchasing the airline tickets.

Hello, I have purchased a round-trip ticket to Dublin for December 22nd, [redacted], returning on January 2nd, [redacted]. I am unsure about the new entry requirements for Ireland and the UK due to Covid. Given my age of 73 and my cousin's health concerns (88 years old, frequent hospital visits for chest infections due to smoking), I am worried about our well-being. I have not flown with Ryanair for two years due to the pandemic. I am finding it difficult to manage the costs of the necessary tests along with the already expensive ticket price of nearly £[redacted]. I have attempted to contact the Irish Embassy in Dublin via email, but unfortunately, I am unable to send the message successfully. Can you please advise me on obtaining a refund or credit for this booking?

I flew on Ryanair on flight FR3152 from East Midlands to Tenerife South on Friday, November 12, [redacted]. During the flight, I bought two wines for a total of £10.29. On the return journey on Flight FR3153 from Tenerife to East Midlands on November 26, [redacted], I again purchased two wines for £10.20. These transactions were on my bank statement. However, on December 8, [redacted], Ryanair charged me £10.22 for something I didn't buy. This charge was on my Virgin Money card. Additionally, on the return flight, I bought two perfumes with my First Direct card – one for £32.12 plus a £0.88 fee, and the other for £42.23 plus a £1.16 fee. On December 8, these payments were duplicated in error with different amounts charged. I am requesting a refund of £76.58 for the perfume duplicates and £10.22 for the unauthorized charge. I have contacted my banks and sent the necessary statements. Please reimburse both accounts promptly. Thank you for looking into this matter.

Dear all, On December 17th, my family and I are scheduled to fly with flight number UCJ79A from Bristol to Poland. We purchased our tickets in October. Due to the high number of COVID-19 cases in Poland and the fact that my daughter has not been fully vaccinated, we are hesitant to risk her health, especially with the new Omicron variant spreading. We are in a difficult situation as we cannot leave our child behind and fly without her, as we do not have any family here. I have reached out to Ryanair to request a refund given the exceptional circumstances, but unfortunately, they have declined. Given the ongoing pandemic, I believe they should consider the situation and issue a refund, as this situation is beyond our control. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The lady at the check-in refused to accept one of my bags due to overweight. Although I had booked and paid for two bags, she informed me the check-in was closed just five minutes later and I had to take both bags to the security check. One bag was deemed too large, so I had to leave it behind with its contents. Upon reaching the gate, I discovered the flight was delayed by 1 hour. I felt harassed by the lady's actions. At the gate, I had to pay €[redacted] for the extra bag and a small bag. Who will reimburse me for the bag and its contents now?

I hope you're doing well! Due to Covid restrictions, I can't enter Lithuania and need to purchase new tickets. I'm a student, and the cost is a significant burden. I really need to buy new ones, so I'm wondering if a 50% refund is possible to help cover the cost. Planning my Christmas trip has been a long process, and now I'm facing difficulties flying from Ukraine to Lithuania and then to Denmark with two tickets. Getting any refund would be greatly appreciated as this is my first time buying plane tickets online. I'm hopeful that given the holiday season, an exception could be made for me. Thank you so much!

Good day! I booked two tickets for the Lviv-Bologna flight on December 23rd with a departure time at 16:45. I made a mistake during booking by indicating one adult and one adolescent instead of two adolescents. When I wanted to enter passport details after payment, I was asked for a passenger aged 16 or older for one person, as the adolescent born in [redacted] is not valid. Initially, we booked one ticket for an adult, but then decided that two children will be traveling, so we made separate bookings for them. The booking number is G6G36S. Please help me resolve this issue as I have already paid for the round trip tickets.

URGENT: As I was traveling from Rotterdam to Eindhoven, another train accident has caused a disruption in transportation between these cities. I have a flight from Eindhoven airport to Vilnius in just 1 hour. Due to the train incident and blockage, myself and other passengers will likely miss our flights. Is there a way to notify Ryanair about the situation and possibly take some action, especially considering the impact on a large group of passengers booked on that particular flight?
