I received credit for three flights canceled due to reasons beyond my control in February [redacted]. I bought the tickets in December [redacted] and had insurance, so I now have a credit. I have a few questions: 1) Can I book new flights for a trip in August/September [redacted]? 2) Will the pricing remain the same? The original flights were from Fresno, CA (FAT) to Philadelphia, PA, but we are now considering flying to the Washington, DC area. 3) How should I proceed with this? Who should I get in touch with? Itinerary #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-18 was for a one-night stay in Grand Rapids, MI on December 1. Our group intended to leave our cars parked until our return flight on Monday, December 5, only to discover a $7.00 daily parking fee per car, not disclosed in any documentation. Additionally, we were charged $15 per room for the airport shuttle each way, totaling $30, while expecting just one $15 charge. When I questioned the hotel, I was advised the shuttle was outsourced, yet the staff member operating it had Baymont branding. Good morning, my name is Luis Carlos Freites. I purchased a ticket for travel from Orlando, FL to Sao Paulo, Brazil departing on Dec 19 and returning on Dec 26, [redacted] with LATAM Airlines. Dear Priceline, I am Sara, the hotel owner of the Coratel Inn & Suites by Jasper in Mankato, Minnesota. I wanted to address an issue with the 10% promotion that was applied to my hotel. Expedia adjusted their prices, citing a parity problem with Priceline. Keeping rates consistent is challenging, especially when this promotion was not extended to my competitors. Could you please clarify why select hotels are benefiting from this promotion? I kindly request the immediate removal of this promotion from my hotel. After booking a 4-night hotel stay in Las Vegas and adding Travel Protection Insurance, I encountered an issue at checkout. Despite entering my credit card details, the travel insurance purchase was declined after the hotel booking went through successfully. I contacted Priceline to address the situation, explaining that there was no prompt indicating the inability to purchase the insurance. Despite my request for a refund due to this error, they declined. I am now left with a hotel reservation but no insurance coverage. My preferred resolutions are either to have them provide the travel protection insurance now or to refund the hotel booking altogether.

I have been in communication with Priceline multiple times regarding my case number [redacted]07, which needs to be escalated. It has been three weeks, and there is still no resolution. Here are the details: I made airline and car reservations but canceled within the allowed timeframe of 23-24 hours. The airline refunded me, but Priceline only refunded me $3.50 out of the $[redacted].25 owed. I dispute the cancellation fee since I followed the rules based on Pacific Standard Time. Thrifty car rental confirmed no penalty for cancellation in their system, yet Priceline shows the reservation as active. I am demanding my full refund promptly. Frustrated customer.

On July 2, [redacted], I received a text from my credit card notifying me of a charge of $[redacted].97 made by Priceline. Upon calling Priceline, I spoke with a woman named Nolmix who provided me with case number [redacted]04. I inquired why my card was charged that day when I had not made any reservations. After reviewing the records, she mentioned reservations on June 27 and June 29, but was unable to explain the charge on July 2. She advised me to contact my bank as she couldn't find any recent transactions. I didn't authorize any charge on July 2 and am seeking a refund for this amount.

I had difficulty modifying my reservation to request 2 rooms on the website, which led me to book the same room twice. Despite having a Priceline coupon from a recent car rental, I could only apply the discount to one room instead of the entire reservation. I used Price Breakers for a location in north Everett or Marysville, but my itinerary is showing a different location and hotel that I didn't choose. Customer service hasn't been helpful, and now I can't get a refund or change the reservation to what I actually booked. I have all the necessary documentation, including links and attachments that I sent to my mother before the purchase. This isn't a mistake on my end, so I'm not sure why this happened.

I made a booking via Priceline for an Air India Business class ticket for a round trip from Newark to Mumbai, scheduled to return in March [redacted]. Unfortunately, Air India canceled the ticket on March 26, [redacted]. I have been attempting to obtain a refund since April [redacted]. Now, Air India is advising me that Priceline needs to request the refund on my behalf, which will then be refunded to me. I kindly request Priceline to provide the necessary refund forms and reimburse the amount directly to my bank account.

Reimbursement Request for Taxi and Hotel Expenses I am reaching out regarding my recent booking experience with your company. On December 21, [redacted], I made a reservation with one of your agents for the Sleep Inn JFK Airport Rockaway Blvd hotel. Prior to booking, I specifically inquired about shuttle services from JFK to the hotel multiple times to ensure accuracy. The agent guaranteed the availability of shuttle services, which played a significant role in my decision. However, upon reaching Federal Circle, I discovered that there were no shuttles as promised. I had to resort to taking a taxi which cost me $32.15 for the initial trip. Unhappy with the situation, I took the return trip into account, estimating a total of $60 in taxi expenses. This information was crucial as I could have chosen a better hotel with similar costs and shuttle services. Due to the severe cold weather in Fulton, MO on Christmas Eve, my husband, our dog, and I were looking for shelter. I was trying to calculate the total cost of the hotel stay along with the pet fee, but I couldn't access the information without entering my husband's bank card details. Even though I noticed a $50.00 room charge, the full amount was not disclosed until the credit card number was input. Additionally, the pet fee was not mentioned at that point. Despite acknowledging my mistake, I felt the customer service provided did not meet expectations. I attempted to cancel the reservation I made around 7:45 pm on 12/24/[redacted] within 10 to 15 minutes but was told the reservation date had passed. Though $76.00 may not be significant to some, it is crucial for us, as we are facing financial challenges during the holiday season. Currently homeless and struggling, we had only $81.00 left in my husband's account. Being in a dire situation at 8:30 pm with temperatures feeling like 1 degree, we had to rely on our car for shelter, as we ran out of funds to reach the hotel. I am pursuing my online master's degree in HR and job hunting, which is complicated without a permanent address. Thank you for creating this helpful app. Unfortunately, I made a mistake due to my tired eyes and accidentally booked a room on Christmas Day. Upon contacting your helpline, I was informed that purchases are final. My daughter enjoys your package deals but mentioned a promo code wasn't applied. I was unable to cancel or change the reservation. I would appreciate a refund of either the promo code, the $18 fee, or a total refund. My son was supposed to fly back home today, but he's in the hospital. I've been trying to change or cancel his flight, but I don't have the reservation number, and the system isn't recognizing his email and phone number. His name is Fenwick Gardiner. He flew in on 12/21 with American Airlines and was scheduled to depart at 6:09 PM on flight [redacted], which is now delayed.

I have made reservations for two round-trip flights from Bozeman, MT, to Belize City departing on January 31st and returning on March 3, [redacted]. I need help reserving assigned seats for our flights and connecting flights with American Airlines. I encountered an issue with the car rental department. I made the initial deposit for my reservation but faced difficulties with payment when picking up the vehicle at Hertz. Despite having enough funds on my debit card, they refused to accept it. I ended up spending extra on Uber rides.
