I've had a Pokemon Go account for a long time, back when the game first started. Recently, I've been unable to log in. I keep getting a "failed to authenticate" error message no matter what I try. However, when I try with a different account on the same phone, it works fine. My original account had over [redacted] CP Pokemon, and I was at level 25 or higher. My username is JonnyDubs, and my birthday is 2/16/[redacted]. I really want to regain access to my account, as I had valuable Pokemon, legendaries from raid battles, and high CP Pokemon that I care about a lot. I tried creating a new account in the meantime, but my focus is on recovering my original account or getting assistance to start fresh with a new account.

I need assistance with recovering my game account. My player number is [redacted]. My player name is MamaBearDude, and my email associated with the account is [redacted] Unfortunately, my account was not linked to Google or Facebook. Due to the hacking of both my Facebook and email accounts, I am struggling to regain access to my game. I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this game, including recently adding $40 before these issues occurred. I am willing to provide proof of ownership, such as bank statements or a picture of my ID. I simply want to retrieve my own game and am seeking help as I have tried troubleshooting, reinstalling, and exploring options through Facebook and Google to no avail. I appreciate any assistance in helping me recover my game.

I recently discovered that a large number of Pokémon have disappeared from my account. I went from [redacted] to only [redacted]. Some of these Pokémon were collected over years, and I am unable to retrieve them as I live in a small country town. I know it's a long shot, but if I could at least get back a few of the meaningful Pokémon, I would greatly appreciate it. I have been a dedicated player since Pokémon Go was released in the App Store, and this loss is truly devastating to me.

My son and I were in the middle of a raid when the app froze. He closed and reopened it but got kicked out and now can't sign back into his account. We had the same issue setting up an account for my daughter on her phone. We've tried resetting his password without success. Also, I caught a Pokémon after winning a raid but got a call during the catch and lost the Pokémon when I got off the phone, which has happened a few times. A few days ago, I made a $20 purchase in Pokemon Go to buy some coins. However, two days ago, Niantic charged $23 and some odd cents from a card that wasn't even listed on my account. I'm concerned about the unauthorized charge. This unexpected deduction almost overdrew my account. I need assistance in getting a refund for the unauthorized purchase. I am unsure how this transaction occurred and whether my account was compromised. The peculiar amount of the charge adds to my worries. I would appreciate it if Niantic could investigate and provide details on who made the purchase, the device used for the transaction, and where it originated from. I have been attempting to access my Pokémon Trainer Club account for over a month now, but I keep receiving an error message stating that my password is incorrect, despite it being correct. I have also made efforts to log in through my Facebook account; however, it says they are not linked, even though I have previously linked both accounts successfully. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email associated with the account, making it impossible for me to reset the password. I am in need of assistance to regain access to my account without relying on the original email.

I am experiencing difficulty logging in. This problem has occurred three or four times before. The issue seems to resolve itself randomly after hours or even days, but it has been happening more frequently lately. I am unsure of what steps to take to prevent it from happening again. Given the amount of money I invest in playing this game, it is frustrating to encounter such a frequent issue. I have attempted to troubleshoot by restarting my phone, closing the app, and even deleting and re-downloading it, but the problem persists. There is a bully in Pokemon Go in Riverbank, California, United States. He uses various in-game names such as 2dum2nobtr, redslaqueen, 1kingofgyms, deadroadskilla, KingofRiverbank, Ca6allero5qad, and Riv3rSong2. I am reporting him because he bullies multiple players in downtown Riverbank. He and his friends block people from accessing gyms in the area and target players who are friends with a specific character. It is concerning behavior affecting the game experience for many. I will reach out again tomorrow for guidance on this matter.

I was playing the game when I completed two tasks that promised me sixty candies each. Unfortunately, after accepting the first task, I didn't receive the candies. I restarted the app with no success, then accepted the second task, hoping it would work, but again, no candies were awarded. Can you please assist me in retrieving the [redacted] rare candies I was promised? My username is Gigimulz. Hello, I'm new to Pokemon Go and having trouble getting my avatar to move in the game. I downloaded the app today and I'm attempting to catch one of the starter Pokemon after customizing my character. However, all three Pokemon and my character spawn in the same spot, making it impossible to interact with them. There's no menu option available, and my character doesn't respond to any movements. I've attempted restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling it from the App Store, and signing in and out of my account, but nothing has helped so far. When I first started playing Pokémon GO, I signed up with a PTC account. Later, I mistakenly made a new account using my Gmail. Then, when Harry Potter: Wizards Unite was released, I had to use Google to sign up. Unfortunately, I forgot about my accidental Pokémon GO account linked to that Google address. Now, I want to connect my Pokémon GO account to my Google to have both games under one email. However, my main Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is linked to the accidental Pokémon GO account, and my main Pokémon GO account is linked to the Harry Potter: Wizards Unite account I intended to be my main. I hope to unify my main accounts for both games under the same Gmail.

Hello, my name is Wendi and my username for the game is Phoenix61083. I am currently at level 37. I purchased an event ticket for the A Colossal Discovery Special Research Event, but unfortunately, I am facing issues with accessing it in the game. Despite receiving email confirmations and notifications from my debit card about the purchase, I have not received the event medal or any tasks to begin the event. Even though the game states that I already have the item, I can't find the ticket in my item bag and therefore cannot participate in the event. I have taken a screenshot to validate my concern. If the issue cannot be resolved, I would like a refund for the ticket. I am eager to participate in the event, so I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I'm very disappointed with the Pokemon Go event. I paid $10 for the Regis event and did 27 raids for 2 accounts, only getting 1 shiny. My boyfriend did the same and also got 1 shiny, amounting to $40 spent for both of us and only 2 shinies. My brother did 15 raids and got zero shinies. A friend did 24 raids and got 1 shiny. I feel frustrated because anyone could have participated in these raids without paying the $10. I realize now that I could have used my pokecoins to buy the box with 17 passes instead. I participated in all three event raids and received more rewards than this. It seems unfair that some people paid and got very little in return. I wonder if this event was just a way to make money, especially since Regigigas will be available in raids next week. I plan to encourage others to voice their concerns about this event.

I received an unexpected strike on my Pokémon GO account, and I have not made any modifications to the game. I have been playing since [redacted] without any alterations or violations. I believe there is an unfair aspect when trying to catch shadow Pokemon in Pokemon Go. The limited number of Premier Balls and the difficulty in catching them makes it feel more like a battle than a rescue mission. I think it would be better if the game adjusted the catch rate for shadow Pokemon to make it feel more balanced and rewarding. It should be more about rescuing them than battling them endlessly. Hopefully, this issue can be addressed in the game to provide a more enjoyable experience for players.

I'm currently experiencing an issue with Pokemon Go where the distance being tracked in the app is not transferring to my buddy or eggs. I've tried troubleshooting steps multiple times, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing data and cache, and adjusting various settings, but the problem persists. Despite contacting support, the responses I've received have not resolved the issue. As a long-time player since July [redacted], I understand how the distance tracking should work and would appreciate a more thorough investigation into this matter. It's frustrating that I cannot progress in the game by hatching eggs and earning candies for my buddy Pokemon due to this issue.

I am currently a live-in caregiver in California but am on vacation visiting my mom in Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, my challenged roommate mistakenly used my Pokémon Go account, "BirdsandBugs," registered under Linda Higgins at [redacted] Camelback Rd. in Pleasant Hill, CA. The email associated with the account is [redacted] I managed to have someone at the day program sign him out and recover his account, but now my account is not functioning properly. The game is showing errors like "try again later" and all captured Pokémon are escaping. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving these issues before the evening raids. I have been playing Pokémon GO for years, but there are no Pokémon spawning in my area around my house. There's a statue or memorial outside my house, and I was hoping you could make it a Pokéstop. Unfortunately, I'm not at level 40 yet. I would really appreciate it if you could improve the Pokémon spawns in my area and designate the statue/memorial as a Pokestop. I have been feeling very discouraged lately with the monthly events and community days in Pokemon Go. Every time an event comes around, I hope to catch a shiny featured monster, but unfortunately, I have yet to find one. My friends seem to have better luck, which makes me feel left out. Even during community days, I struggle to complete the three family evolutions, while others have no problem. I try to enjoy the game and invest a lot of time into it, but the lack of success in finding shiny Pokemon is starting to affect me mentally. Despite my frustrations, I am a dedicated player and have been actively participating in the game since [redacted]. I do not want to give up on the game, as I truly love playing Pokemon Go. I just wish I could get some help or advice on how to improve my experience and find these elusive shiny Pokemon.
