I have a Nokia *. After an update July **th, no phone option was available any more. Neither calling others not receiving calls. Text and Internet worked fine though. Provider could not find any issue. So we reset the phone. Now, we have the phone option back and text messages work fine as well. Against that - NO internet! Laptop and phone connect, but then the system shows "no internet, secured". We us the phone as our hotspot to access the internet. No other option for internet is available. Phone provider*s explanation: "your signal is too low". If so, why the phone and text option work, and why did it work for *.* years without any issue? The laptop works fine using our friend*s phone as the hotspot. Eventually I forgot to push the most important button after resetting the phone. How can I get the internet option back? Thank you for your help!
