I CALLED NETSPEND AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AFTER BEEN PUT ON HOLD OVER * TIMES. tHEN TO BE PUT ON HOLD AGIN BY THE SUPERVISOR , THEN SHE LEFT ME THERE FOR **MIN THEN TRANSFER MY CALL TO THE COMPUTER ASKING EOR CARD NUMBER . I HAVE BEEN HAVING AN ISSUE WITH MY * ACCOUNTS FOR * WAEEKS NOW. IVE SPOKEN TO ** AGENTS, * SUPERVISORS AND * CORP. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. AND STILL NO DIRECT ANSWER ON WHATS GOING ON WITH MY ACCOUNT. mY CASE IS TIME SENSITIVE. i HAVE BEEN RECIEVING MY CHILDREN DISABLITY THROUGH NETSPEND FOR YEARS. i HAVE HAD SO MANY ACCOUNTS AND HAVE CHOSEN TO BANK WITH NETSPEND AND TRUSTING YOU WITH MY MONEY.. i CANT ACCEPT THIS TREATMENT THAT I HAVE BEEN RECIEVING FORM AGENTS FOR THE NETSPEND TEAM. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED FROM NETSPENDPERIOD. TO MY KNOWLEDGE OF MY ISSUES I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING WRONG. I WAS TOLD I AM A **** SELF CONTRACTED WORKER , WHO FILED A SCHEDULE -C. MY TAX ID IS MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. AND I RECIEVE MY CHECKS*DEPOSITS FROM FAMILY FIRST THE COMING WHOM I AM SELF CONTRACTED TO AT THAT TIME. THAT ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND SATISFIED BUT YET MY * PAYEE ACOUNTS WAS RETRICTED. AND QOUTED BY YOUR AGENTS. IS BECAUSE A PPP LOAN WAS DEPOSIT INTO THOSE PAYEE ACCOUNTS WHICH IS NOT TRUE. I HAVE SENT PROOF OF THE PAERWORK OF THE LOAN AND WHAT ACCCOUNT IT WENT TO. * TIMES * DAYS AGO. THIS IS VERY UNFAIR ON HOW IM BEING TREATED. AND TO NOT SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO IS HANDLING MY CASE IS WRONG ON NETSPEND. THIS CANT BE HOW YOU TRULEY TREAT YOUR ACCOUNT HOLDERS??? MY ISSUES IS TIME SENSITIVE AND NOONE IS CALL OR EMAILIG ME BACK. IM PUT ON HOLDS FOR HOURS TO GET HUNG UP ON. iM SURE NETSPEND IS BETTER THEN THIS PLEASE CALL ME ***-***-**** OR KAMESHA*THOMPSON@GMAIL.COM
