I receive all my NetSpend card transaction notifications directly on my mobile phone through text messages. The recent charges on 08-27-[redacted] are as follows: - Account Balance: $[redacted].19 - McDonald's: $6.74 - C'Land Nutri: $7.00 - Walgreens: $7.88 - Sonic: $5.86 - Three $20 overdraft fees: $60 There is a pending charge for $[redacted].98 at a Raddison Hotel through Priceline, which I am disputing as I did not authorize this transaction. I have never used Priceline or visited a Raddison Hotel. Despite being "pending," this charge has caused my NetSpend account to be overdrawn, resulting in $20 fees per transaction after the disputed charge. I have informed NetSpend about this issue and have requested a new card.

I am not comfortable adding money to the card for the Turkey Hill loyalty card activation. I am hesitant to provide my card or bank account information unless I am making a purchase. I find the customer service automated system confusing. If I don't use this card, it will be considered inactive, leading to charges. It doesn't make sense to be charged for a service that I'm not using. I am concerned about the security of my data shared with the company. There should be a clear page outlining these charges upfront. Please cancel everything, and I will pay the full price at Turkey Hill after dealing with their customer service.

Yesterday, my father bought a Netspend pre-paid card. He had a stroke years ago, leaving him disabled and unable to speak in full sentences. I manage his affairs, including his new online account registration. When I tried to log in for the first time, the account was locked. Despite explaining my father's disability, customer service refused to assist me without his verbal consent. His emergency funds are stuck, and if the account is not unlocked or refunded, I will involve legal representation. The account lock was unjustified and prevents access without cause.

My father bought a Netspend prepaid card yesterday. He has difficulty speaking due to a past stroke, making it challenging to communicate. My car has been missing for some time now, and Casey L. from Northeast admitted to having my card. However, he has not responded to me. They have taken $[redacted]. Dave C. made me a NetSpend card, and Vic had the account number. Casey Lear had my card and took $[redacted] from me. I have evidence in my Gmail. Please return the money to my Cash App at $dardsavagebeast. Both of them need to be held accountable, as they confessed to having it, and they are the only ones with access to my card. They are not responding to my messages. I want charges pressed against them. My social security number is [redacted], and my date of birth is 6/8/91, from Corry, Pennsylvania. My mom is Betty M., and my dad is Ron A. H. During my time at Eddie Warriors Correctional Center from Nov 24, [redacted], to June 3, [redacted], there were two deposits made onto my Netspend Card, one for $[redacted] and another for $[redacted] (stimulus checks). Upon my release, I discovered IRS letters regarding these deposits. Although I loaded $40 onto the card and withdrew it around June 6, [redacted], I had not used the Netspend App or online banking since before my incarceration and was unaware of any issues. After resetting my account access, I observed withdrawals at Lucky Star Casino and Amazon purchases made before my release on June 3, [redacted]. I suspect the individual with my phone and wallet may have made these withdrawals without permission, accessing my card details and signing into my app. I did not authorize these transactions, and had I known about the deposits earlier, I would have reported it. I seek guidance on disputing these transactions and potentially recovering some funds.

I attempted to pay a speeding ticket online but encountered issues. After receiving a text message that a certain amount was deducted, the transaction was declined at the Circuit Court Clerk Office. The money was not returned to my account, prompting a friend to make the payment using her card successfully. However, it seems the payment was processed through her card instead of mine. I am reporting unauthorized charges on my NetSpend card made at Speedway in Pawleys Island, SC, and Dollar General in Georgetown, SC. When I spoke to a representative, they were unhelpful and abruptly reported my card stolen without providing details on the transactions. Following my load on 9/24, I was hit with an unexpected $9.95 overdrawn plan assessment fee by NetSpend, reducing my balance to $[redacted].05. Despite reloading $[redacted] on 10/1, my account was drained by subsequent mysterious purchases, such as at Google Waka Mountain. Notifications of these charges came late, leaving me puzzled and frustrated. Customer service's uncooperative attitude led to them deactivating my card, hindering access to my account. I am anxious to recover the lost funds and seek clarification on the suspicious activities. I possess evidence of these notifications and prefer not to disclose sensitive information via email. I recently purchased a card and loaded $[redacted] onto it four days ago. I was asked to ID verify to access my account. I provided my state ID, tax papers, a receipt from the purchase, and address verification, but customer service insists I also need to send a copy of my social security card, which I find unreasonable. According to their service agreement, only an ID, address, and phone number should be required. I am having trouble unlocking my account with NetSpend to pay my bills. They should allow access based on partial identification as per their own policy. I feel frustrated and misled.

PayPal has frozen my account and requested a monthly statement for a card linked to confirm my identity. Although I provided my state-issued ID, they are also asking for the statement. I had used several NetSpend cards but no longer have them or remember the card numbers. I can only see the last 4 digits of each linked card on my PayPal account. I have taken a screenshot of the list and need help identifying the NetSpend card so I can obtain the required statement to resolve this issue. It has been frustrating going back and forth with PayPal, so any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On October 15, [redacted], I ordered 2 gaming chairs from NeonSeat at a discounted price of $98.00. The transaction posted to my net spend account on October 17, [redacted]. However, as of October 22, [redacted], I have not received any shipment details or a tracking number. After emailing the company once with no response, I reached out again on October 24, [redacted], requesting a refund since it was beyond the 7-day grace period for providing a tracking number. Notably, on October 22, [redacted], I discovered that NeonSeat had removed its website. Despite my efforts to contact them through email and the website disappearance, I have not received any chairs, leading me to believe that the order may not be fulfilled. I have retained the confirmation email, my email correspondence with NeonSeat, and details of the expected items.

I recently activated a card I received in the mail over the phone. However, I am unable to access my account information through the app. I've created a new account, and a new card will be sent to me. I urgently need access to my current card as money is being sent to me. The app only displays the new card I ordered, not the one I have. It says the new card will arrive in 7-10 business days. How can I instruct my family to send money to this current card so I can access the funds they are trying to make available to me?

I am having trouble accessing my accounts online. I have tried to log in using my usual username and password for each account, but it's not working. I have already deleted the app because it was causing me a lot of frustration. I prefer speaking to someone in management based in the United States. I have been attempting to link my savings account (ending in [redacted]) to my card (ending in [redacted]) to transfer funds, but I can't do it online as instructed because I am unable to access my accounts. Since becoming a cardholder in [redacted], I consistently paid my monthly fees. However, I recently encountered unauthorized money transfers amounting to $4,[redacted] in my account. When seeking provisional credit, they initially denied it stating I did not file a written dispute. After clarifying that I had indeed submitted it, they acknowledged the error, yet the funds were not restored. Although they claimed my claim exceeded 60 days, it was not the case. After corporate intervention, they requested my state ID and SS card for validation. Despite accepting the ID, they rejected the SS card and abruptly closed my account. This ordeal with Netspend has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I was promised security and peace of mind as a cardholder, yet faced deception and broken pledges. It's appalling that a company like Netspend can operate in such a manner without facing consequences. I am determined to hold them accountable for their actions.

I contacted Netspend to speak with a supervisor after being placed on hold over six times. However, even the supervisor put me on hold again and left me waiting for 20 minutes before transferring my call to an automated system requesting my card number. I have been experiencing issues with my two accounts for two weeks now. Despite speaking with 10 agents, two supervisors, and one corporate customer service representative, I still have not received a clear answer regarding the problems with my account. The situation is time-sensitive as I have been receiving disability benefits for my children through Netspend for years. I have always trusted Netspend with my money and chose to bank with them. The treatment I have received from Netspend's agents has been the worst service I have ever encountered from them. I believe I have not made any mistakes. I was informed that I am a [redacted] self-contracted worker who filed a Schedule-C with my social security number as the tax ID. I receive payments from the company I am self-contracted to, which had been deposited into closed and satisfied accounts, resulting in my current payee accounts being restricted. However, this is incorrect, as I have provided evidence that the PPP loan was deposited elsewhere. I have submitted this proof seven times over the past seven days, but no one has reached out to assist me. I find this treatment unfair and unjust. It's disappointing to not have a direct contact person handling my case. It's not the level of service I expected from Netspend as a loyal account holder. My problem is urgent, yet I am not receiving any responses via phone or email. I am continually put on hold for hours, only to get disconnected. I am confident that Netspend can do better than this.

I recently had money sent to my uncle's card, which was connected to my Facebook account and was one of your NetSpend cards ending in [redacted]. I've been using this card for a long time without any issues, but now it's showing as invalid. I've since linked a different card, but I would like to check if there's any balance on the previous card and have it transferred to the new card. Thank you.

I was directed to a website called Tina that requires payment. Since I only have one debit card, a NetSpend card, I am unable to proceed. It would be more convenient to receive a call instead of making a payment through the website.

Hello, My name is James R. Presley. I recently attempted to activate my new Netspend debit card. I was surprised when your website stated that the card number was invalid.
