The issue in GetHuman-romeeve's own words
i was a cardholder since **** and always paid my monthly fees ,but recently i had some unauthorized money transfers on my account that added up to ****$ but when time for them to provide me with provisional credit they said i didn’t file dispute in writing is why i was denied provisional credit but when i called and told them i did that,the representative on phone checked the account and said the written dispute was there and was gonna get me my funds back to account but then when i called ** hrs later when no funds was added to account they said my claims was outside the ** days but that wasn’t true so they had corporate call me back to supposedly fix the errors but while waiting for corporate to call the sent me email stating i needed to validate the account by sending a copy of state issued i.d and s.s.card.i sent them the documents they requested and the state i.d was excepted but they denied the social security card and immediately closed my account.this has been a nightmare and more then a inconvenience as the representatives keep referring to when i explain the frustration and disappointment i have felt dealing with netspend and the whole process to get the funds back that i was told when i entered the cardholder agreement that if anything ever happened that i was insured and netspend guaranteed a peace of mind knowing your funds was covered if anything ever happened and guess what ?something happened and it’s been nothing but lies from people that never has any consequences for straight lying to cardholders and making promises that they never intend to keep.this is the by far worst company i have ever felt with and am in complete shock and horror that a company like this can be allowed to operate,it’s criminal and i have at least * laws they broke recorded and plan on holding the company responsible as a whole,cause the company is a fraud at ever level and needs to be investigated. account ***********
